Ah, yes. The Sussexes and their obsession with fame. Well, Meghan is. Anyway, since our PR pieces on Markle and Prince have been so successful, we wanted to go one step further and go over some of the rumours that have been put out into the ether since the pair got together.
We’ve covered some of these rumours already, so we won’t go over all of them in detail.
The Prince William – Rose Hanbury Affair Rumours
One of the bigger gossip pieces that have been put out there is that Prince William had an affair with Rose Hanbury during Catherine’s third pregnancy. This never happened. How do we know that?
Well, the obvious thing is that Pippa, Catherine’s sister, named her third child, Rose. Pippa is known to be very close to Kate. If William had cheated, there is no way Pippa would have named her child the same name as her brother-in-law’s alleged mistress.
The Prince Of Pegging
To accompany the cheating rumours, William was also being called “The Prince of Pegging.” This piece of “gossip” was first posted to Deux Moi on Instagram. It is likely that it was someone linked to the Sussexes who put this out there, regardless if its true or not. The reason we think this is Caribbean Prince has said that Meghan will trash talk the Waleses whenever she meets with bigwigs. Also, she has lied to her PR people like Mandana Dayani by putting out lies about the Waleses. Could this and the alleged affair be two of those fibs? Yeah, absolutely.
William Is The Father Of Rose’s Children?
Now this one was likely invented by the Sussex Squad. There is a stupid rumour which, again, relates to the affair gossip that William is the bioloigcal father of Rose’s children, or at least, her daughter or her sons. Again, we don’t buy this as the Squddies are delusional twits.
Catherine The Bully (Not Meghan)
Meghan said during the Oprah interview that Catherine made her cry, not the other way around. Basically, she calling Camilla Tominey, the journalist who broke the story a liar. However, there is one thing Markle wasn’t banking on. No one has come out to back her up in her version of events. Almost everything that has put out in the open, has always said, she made Kate cry.
Split Rumours
Did Harry or Meghan put out their own split rumours? Knowing those two and how their PR works, it’s quite possible. Meghan is the more likely candidate as she knows that split rumours are a surefire way to stay in the media on a daily basis and to get people talking.
Meghan Wanted Catherine’s Engagement Ring
There was a rumour that Murky Meg reported on a couple of years back where she found a story that alleges that Meghan wanted Catherine to hand over her blue sapphire engagement ring. Why? Because Harry had the ring first and that he gave it to William for Kate.
It is entirely possible that this was put out by Meghan because we know how much she wants people to believe she is the new Diana.
Meghan’s Engagement Ring Is Being “Fixed”
How long does it take to get a ring repaired or upgraded? Meghan has not worn her engagement ring for several months and people are beginning to question why. It does not take 6 months to get a ring fixed.
The Sussexes’ PR team probably put the news out that of the “fix” to stop people from asking questions. However, the issue is, the people are not idiots. Anyone who knows anything about jewellery will be aware that it does not take a long time to have a ring, fixed or resized.
Bodyguard 2 Rumour
Meghan loves to pretend she’s Princess Diana. It was alleged in the late 90s that Kevin Costner was going to do a sequel to The Bodyguard with Princess Diana as the female love interest. However, she died before the film could be made.
Recently, a rumour has come out that former actress Meghan will be taking over the part orignally intended for Diana. However, it has been denied that this will happen. Showbiz and royal commentator Kinsey Schofield has said has said that Meghan is on a “no hire” list in Hollywood.
Invites To The Met Gala And The Oscars
Every year since Megxit, it has been rumoured that the Sussexes have been invited to the Met Gala or the Oscars or even both. However, this rumour is the same every year. Award seasons come and go and they’re never invited. The stories are floated by the people in a bid to get invites.
However, with the Met Gala, Anna Wintour is in charge and she is a royalist. She was friendly with Queen Elizabeth II. We’ve heard on the grapevine that Anna cannot stand Meghan.
Fashion Labels
Now, this one is for both the Sussexes. It has been speculated that Harry and Meghan were going to be brand Ambassadors for Dior, given how often they wear the products. However, a statement was put out from a Dior spokesperson to deny this.
Wales “Separation”
Finally, the Sussex Squad really are desperate to dismantle the Wales’ ironclad marriage. So, they or the Sussexes themselves came up with a rumour saying that William and Catherine were living in separate locations.
