List Of Female Droids Of Star Wars

We’ve spoken about female droids in Star Wars before, but never in a list. So, that’s what we’re going to do here. So, we’re going to short the female droids into lists depending on the model they are.

This list of Star Wars female droids will be canon characters only.

Protocol Droids

  • MF-80 – Servant of Jabba the Hutt during the Clone Wars.
  • Y-O – Served the Organa family on Alderaan and was defended by Leia when her cousin criticised her for being friendly to droids.

Astromech Droids

  • QT-KT – A member of D-Squad and owned by Aayla Secura during the Clone Wars and a friend of R2-D2.
  • R3-S1 – served during the early days of the rebel rebellion as the chief of the Yavin-4 Astromech pool.
  • R4-P17 – served Obi-Wan Kenobi during the Battle over Coruscant towards the end of the Clone Wars
  • R2-KT – served the Jedi Order and the Resistence.
  • RG-G1 – Assisted Ahsoka Tano during Order 66 to find Fives.

Piloting Droids

  • L3-37 – a friend of Lando Calrissian during the early years of the Empire whose mind would be uploaded into the Millennium Falcon and was a strong advocate for droid rights.

Toy Droids

  • L0-LA59 – a companion to a young Princess Leia during her childhood on Alderaan.

Supervisor Droids

  • EV-9D9 – used to work for Jabba the Hutt and was once a peaceful droid who worked on Moisture Vaporators. Eve later became a bartender.

Waitress Droids

  • FLO – also known as WA7 or Wanda – Flo served in Dexter’s Diner on Coruscant as a waitress.

Probe Droids

  • R00-8Y – found at the Droid Depot at the Black Spire Outpost.

Tactic Droids

  • TJ-912 – served under Asajj Ventress.
