Kensington Palace has issued a statement saying that Catherine, the Princess of Wales, is now out of hospital. A week and half ago, the Princess had had abdominal surgery and was required to remain in the hospital for up to two weeks. Her husband, Prince William has been in and out to see her while their three young children, Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte are not believed to have seen her in that time.
With Catherine now out of hospital, she will spend the rest of her recovery at home. Also, The King paid her a visit before his prostate procedure on Friday, which was also at The Clinic. He is expected to be in the hospital for a day or two before he is free to go home.
Catherine’s parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, are believed to be helping with George, Charlotte and Louis. Prince William is taking time off to care for the children while his wife is out of action.
Catherine Worked From Her Hospital Bed
The Princess was believed to be working from her hospital bed in the two weeks she was out of action. Finally, she will likely return to public duties sometime after Easter, depending on what her doctors tell her she can do.
Kensington Palace’s statement says that the Wales family is incredibly thankful for the well-wishes from around the world. We wish Catherine a speedy recovery and hope she’s up and about soon.
