SPANISH ROYAL RUMOUR: Did Queen Letizia Have An Eating Disorder?

Queen Letizia Eating Disorder

Does Queen Letizia have an eating disorder, more importantly, anorexia? A 2015 story in the Daily Beast, which was updated in 2017, has hinted or at least implied that the Queen of Spain might have had alleged weight issues.

Like many royal women who marry into their spouse’s family, Queen Letizia often had difficulty navigating aspects of royal life. There was even one rumour where it is alleged she wasn’t liked by her father-in-law. Britain’s Princess Diana was the same, and she did suffer from anorexia when she was young. The Daily Beast alleged at the time that Queen Letizia’s alleged eating disorder had been the topic of speculation within Spanish social circles for months.

Is Queen Letizia Anorexic?

The anorexia rumour seemed to rear its head publicly when Queen Letizia was looking super thin when she and King Felipe were in Honduras. Her weight was even compared to that of Amal Clooney.

Moreover, the Daily Beast article points out that Queen Letizia has had to endure a lot of snobbery since her father-in-law, King Juan Carlos’ scandals came to light in 2014. Moreover, this prompted him to abdicate and Felipe to take the throne.

In conclusion, Queen Letizia is a fit woman. She’s also very petite. Furthermore, she is nowhere near as tall as her husband is. There is little evidence to support this. Therefore, does not have any eating disorder. Nor is Queen Letizia anorexic. She and Felipe have done everything possible to restore the Spanish people’s trust in the monarchy. After all, Juan Carlos was the one who helped bring it back, only to make it fall into disarray because he could not keep it in his pants.
