Happy Birthday, Prince George!

Prince George

Our little Prince George isn’t so little anymore! Where has the time gone? Prince George of Cambridge, the eldest child and son of Prince William and Catherine, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge is now nine! Yet, it still feels like December 2012 when Catherine’s pregnancy announcement came out earlier than expected due to her bad morning sickness.

We’ve watched Prince George grow into an extraordinary young man for almost a decade. From attending sporting events with his parents to being told to stand up straight during the national anthem by his younger sister, Princess Charlotte, Prince George is becoming the future king he was always destined to be after his grandfather and father.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge posted a fantastic photo to their social media accounts of their eldest child.

In the photo taken by his mother, Catherine, Prince George looks very happy and relaxed on the beach. This year’s snapshot follows the ones posted of his younger siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, on their respective birthdays.

To end this article, we need to establish that the Cambridges understands how the press in the UK works. For the public to embrace them, they occasionally share photos of their family. What William and Catherine don’t do, is over-publicise their kids. Moreover, this is something that the children have done all their lives, and they’ve grown up in the partial spotlight.

Also, the Cambridges don’t make charity events about themselves. When Prince George and his siblings are older, they’ll follow in their parents’ footsteps. They’ll get to choose the charities they want to represent.

To conclude, we want to wish Prince George a happy birthday. We want him to know that he is a special little lad who makes his country proud as one of the Queen’s first eight heirs.
