For a man who claims to have had a terrible childhood, Tyler Perry is allegedly being labelled a predator by collaborator Christian Keyes. The actor, who made his acting debut in Perry’s Diary of a Mad Black Woman, did an hour-long Instagram video where he talked about being sexually assaulted and harassed by a billionaire.
However, in his video, Keyes makes it clear that he is not naming the person responsible, at least not yet. He has recordings (and backups) stored on recording devices of the individual telling him to strip for $100k.
As Andy Signore of Popcorned Planet rightfully points out in his breakdown of the video, Christian Keyes calls the person a predator (likely Tyler Perry) multiple times, and he repeats that he has recordings. He also keeps the pool of potential suspects pretty vague. Repeating stories is usually a tell that someone is lying. You can look no further than Meghan Markle as an example. However, this is not always the case.

Tyler Perry Has Been Criticised A Lot Over the Years
This would not be the first time Tyler Perry has been criticised. Many black women deeply despise him for endorsing negative stereotypes of black women. In recent years, royal fans have slammed him for siding with Prince Harry and Meghan and calling the British royals “those people” when he was named Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor’s godfather. He is also firm supporter of Oprah Winfrey.
If Tyler Perry is a predator like Christian Keyes claims, his reputation will go even further down the drain. However, as Andy points out in his video, we must be careful as we only know one side of the story. Tyler needs to give his side, too. This is not about defending either of them, but it sounds like there might be a bit of blackmail going on from both sides. We don’t know until there’s a bigger picture.
Finally, it’s hard to think of others when it comes to the pool of black male billionaires. The only one that springs to mind is Tyler Perry. If we were to think of female black billionaires, the only one that comes to the forefront is Oprah Winfrey. Conclusively, Christian expressively says this person is male.
