The True Power Of Catherine, The Princess Of Wales

Catherine, Princess of Wales

Nothing beats class quite like Catherine, the Princess of Wales. A warm and inviting figure, this woman has seen the best and worst of British society and come out the other side unscathed. Having entered the royal scene in the early 2000s as the main squeeze of Prince William, eldest son of the then-Prince Charles and the late Diana, Princess of Wales, the formerly known Kate Middleton is a force of inspiration. However, she also displays that being a royal is a privilege, not a right.

Once hounded by the paparazzi as she headed to work and had the horrid nickname of Waity Katy in the press, Catherine’s resistance has made her an asset that her American-based sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, could only dream about. The Princess has never spoken about her treatment in the media, knowing that the negative would waiver over time as long as she kept her head down.

When Meghan Arrived And The 40th Birthday

Since the introduction of her sister-in-law, Catherine has continued to ignore the negative press thrown in her direction by the infamous Sussex Squad. The abuse by this group of uneducated sadists knows no bounds. They’ve accused the Princess of Wales of being a copycat and racist and even threatened the Wales children; Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Catherine does not expect people to like her, which is not her goal. Her job is to bring awareness to causes and not to make situations about herself. She does not expect praise for anything she does, as the world does not revolve around her. However, her accomplishments and personal milestones have been highlighted on the front of magazines and newspapers around the globe. The Princess of Wales appeared on covers for her 40th birthday, something that her sister-in-law did not get. Also, some suspect that the photo that the former Duchess took of Prince Louis was a swipe at a claim that Prince Harry made during Oprah with Meghan and Harry.

The Draw Card

People connect to Catherine because they see her compassion. She doesn’t go around begging for recognition. One example of her selflessness is when the Princess of Wales paid tribute to murdered woman Sarah Everard. She went without alerting the media, only taking a single security guard. An off-duty journalist who happened to be at the same memorial took a picture of the then-Duchess.

Dame Cressida Dick, according to news.com.au, got into hot water for claiming Catherine was working when she attended the memorial for Ms Everard. The Princess of Wales understood the situation as she often walked home in the dark before marriage. This is in contrast to the publicity stunt pulled by the Duchess of Sussex in Uvalde, Texas. Meghan had no connection to the state and had photos and videos taken, likely for Netflix.

Sorry, But No To Netflix

Let’s not forget that there was an attempted recruitment of Catherine for one of the Netflix projects Meghan had in the works, which she allegedly turned down. The Princess of Wales has too much elegance and grace to get caught up in her sister-in-law’s drama. She would know that whatever she said would be twisted into something else. It is evident that the Duchess of Sussex is envious of Catherine. The Princess has achieved a lot in the last decade, including one attribute the Sussexes do not have. Meghan has had everything handed to her by others.

Catherine also has a massive love of babies, which seems to worry Prince William. Children are drawn to her when they aren’t to Meghan. But, again, the last thing that should be done is comparing the two when there are no similarities. People seem to do this between the two daughters-in-law of the King and their late mother-in-law’s fashion. It is also feasible that the walk to the children’s new school was swipe at the claim Markle told The Cut about the media being outside the school every day. Would the Waleses be that petty? No, they would not.
