Prince Joachim has been married twice. He married Alexandra Manley in 1995. They had two sons, Nikolai and Felix who were princes at births. They divorced in 2005 after nine years off marriage. He married his second wife, Marie Cavallier in 2008. They had two children Henrik and Athena. Both children were styled as Prince and Princess at birth.
