Thomas Forrester will never be a good guy; he’s evil inside. There is no denying that. Xander Avant’s return to Los Angeles could bring the devil back. The last time we indeed saw his wickedness was during the crisis with who should have custody of his son, Douglas, and he pretended to be his stepmother, Brooke Logan Forrester, on a CPS call to get her away from his father, Ridge Forrester. He told his son and sister Steffy not to say anything so it would get Ridge and Taylor back together.
However, Douglas told Steffy what was happening, and they stopped the wedding. Since then, Thomas has been doing a mountain load of therapy. However, Thomas Forrester still has an evil streak that, if provoked, will come back to play dirty. Since there are so many things, we’re just going over the major ones.
Evil Thomas Forrester is not fun to watch. He is downright scary, and he’s been so for years. That is why we’re going to explore his dark deeds beginning from when he was a child.
Thomas Forrester Was “Evil”… As A Child
So the first ‘crime’ that Thomas committed was when he was a child. He overheard his grandfather, Jack Hamilton (Taylor’s father), say that Brooke and Taylor were enemies, so little Tommy screamed at Brooke. It was during this time that it was assumed Taylor was dead.
Okay, so a child yelling at an adult isn’t that bad, but when your parents and the person getting the blame have a history, sometimes that ends up being pushed over to the kid. As we know, this had a profound effect on Thomas well into adulthood as he developed a deep hatred for Brooke.
Crimes Against Rick Forrester
Who is the one person Thomas hates? If you guessed Brooke, you’d be right. But there is someone else: Rick, her son with Eric.
Throughout the years, Thomas has repeatedly gone after Rick for calling him out on his behaviour towards other people. Examples of this include:
- Attempted to set Rick’s car alight
- Was arrested for causing Rick’s car to blow up
- Had the urge to punch Rick
- Pushed Rick out a window
Hatred For Brooke
As mentioned earlier, Thomas hates Brooke and always tries to undermine her. Examples include:
- Framed Brooke for calling CPS by using Douglas’ voice changer app so that Ridge would go back to Taylor
- Claimed to have had sex with Brooke
- Kissed Brooke to get Stephanie’s company shares
- Hid that Quinn had spiked Brooke’s juice with alcohol
- Referred to Brooke as a Sl*t
- Told Shauna to marry Ridge despite Ridge already being married to Brooke
Scheming With Steffy
There have been so many times where Thomas has schemed with Steffy so she can have Liam or he can have Hope. There are other things too.
- Got Steffy to help him fake text messages to keep Brooke and Ridge apart
- In order to get FC stocks back, Thomas convinced Steffy to seduce to Bill
- With Steffy’s help, manipulated Hope to stay away from Liam
Manipulating Hope
If there is one thing Thomas is known for, it’s manipulating Hope Logan.
- As mentioned above, Thomas schemed with Steffy to manipulate Hope to be with him so she [Steffy] could have Liam.
- He set Steffy up to kiss Liam in front of Hope so she would break up with Liam
- Found out about Beth being alive and kept the information from her
- He used Douglas as a pawn to manipulate Hope into marrying him
