The Bold And The Beautiful

The Bold And The Beautiful: The Zende-Paris-Carter Storyline Is Recycled From The Same One With Zoe!

Paris

Okay, I made a rather obvious observation today regarding the Zende-Paris-Carter triangle – How many times do we have to live through the same storyline on The Bold and the Beautiful? It’s tiresome as it is cheap and stale. So, I was watching the latest fast-tracked episode when I realised something.

The whole Carter-Paris-Zende storyline is the same as the one with Zoe, except with a couple of different factors:

Like why the HELL are they recycling the same storyline when it was done just over a year ago? They do this all the time! Look at the constant rehash of the Forrester-Logan war, which has sprung up like a weed that won’t die. This is like Liam only just realising he’s forever tied to Thomas.

This whole situation with Paris, Zende, and Carter is not original in any sense. From the moment that new year’s kiss happened, I knew immediately it was going to end up with Paris and Carter in bed together. It could NOT be more obvious.

Love Paris, But Can She Please Have A Man Who Has NO Ties To The Forresters?

As much as I love Paris as a character, can she please be with a man who doesn’t have any form of association with the Forresters? It’s getting old that all the families are interconnected. They’ve recently introduced the Finnegans, who might sound original, but they have ties to Sheila, who has long-standing ties with the Forresters, Logans, AND the Spencers.

Paris, when she arrived, was a breath of fresh air. Almost. However, her connection was two already existing characters; Zoe and Reese.

The show needs a new family with a hot man who has no connections to anyone else and needs the guy character to hook up with Miss P. Carter has been tied to the Forresters from the second he appeared. His adoptive brother is Marcus, who is the biological son of Donna Logan and Justin Barber.
