What Is Jedi: Fallen Order?

Jedi Fallen Order

Jedi: Fallen Order is a big Star Wars videogame and the prequel to the recently released Jedi: Survivor. In 14BBY, five years after the events of Revenge of the Sith, the game centres on Cal Ketsis. He is a Jedi padawan who barely survived the Great Jedi Purge five years previously.

After being exposed on Bracca as a Jedi, Cal goes on the run and meets a small droid named BD-1 and the padawan of the droid’s master, Cere Junda. It is believed for the longest time that BD and Cere’s master, Eno Cordova, is dead. Cal also meets the pilot of the Mantis, Greez Dritus, a friend of Cere’s, who becomes like a father figure to Kestis throughout the game.

Throughout Jedi Fallen Order, Cal must evade the Inquisitors, especially the Second Sister, who is revealed to be Trilla Suduri. Suduri is Cere’s former apprentice, who had fallen to the dark side. The journey also takes Kestis to Dathomir, where he meets the Nightsister Merrin and the fallen Jedi turned Nightbrother, Taron Malicos.

The Aim Of Jedi: Fallen Order

The goal of Fallen Order is to find a Holocron containing names of Force-Sensitive children who could threaten the Empire. Moreover, the game introduces concepts and planets bought into screen media, such as BD droid model, seen in an episode of The Book of Boba Fett. It also introduces fans to Bracca, seen during an episode of The Bad Batch.

The game spawned a sequel, Jedi: Survivor, which takes place five years after the events of Fallen Order. There is also a novel called Battle Scars, which occurs between the games’ events.
