What Happened To Meghan Markle’s Dog, Guy’s Legs? SUSSEX THEORIES AND RUMOURS + Markle Questions

Guy, Meghan dog legs

There have been questions for years about what happened to Meghan Markle’s dog, Guy’s legs. It started out as a rumour that then had truth behind it as the Sussexes’ confirmed (through photos of their engagement) on their Netflix reality series that Guy did break his legs. However, it wasn’t stated how it happened.

That is what we’re going to talk about in this post.

The First Story – Unknown How Guy, Meghan Markle’s Dog, Broke His Legs

Instyle published an article in 2017 about how Meghan Markle’s dog, Guy, had broken both his front legs, how “distraught” she was and how he’d been taken to Noel Fitzpatrick, the well-known super vet. However, it is unknown how the pup broke his legs.

Story Two – Guy Broke His Legs Before The Engagement – Netflix

The second version is that Guy had broken his legs before Harry and Meghan got engaged, and this was implied on Netflix. The photos clearly show the dog with his legs in casts. However, as stated on Reddit and in the Instyle article linked above, the pup broke his legs in late December 2017 after his owners were engaged, not before. The date on the Instyle article is Christmas Eve (December 24) 2017.

The only explanation we can think of is that Meghan had the story about Guy out to get sympathy before Christmas. Why? We don’t know. This was the same Christmas she had in the UK, and she wore that poo emoji hat. If Guy broke his legs before the engagement, why wait to put the story out after the engagement?

Also, it is possible that the photos were staged to change the narrative for the umpteenth time.

Story Three – Runaway Dog – Spare

According to Prince Harry in his memoir Spare, before Meghan’s move from Canada to the UK, Guy had run away from his dogsitter and was found some distance away, unable to walk, and his legs were put in casts. However, there is a problem with this story.

If Guy was treated in Canada, it would have been a different vet, not Noel Fitzpatrick. If Guy was injured in Britain, he might’ve been treated by him, but this seems unlikely. Why? Because to get to Noel’s vet practice in Eashing, Surrey, it’s over an hour drive.

What pet owner wants to drive over an hour to a grade-A vet clinic when their animal is clearly in pain? Meghan Markle would because she wants “the best” and only the best.

RUMOUR: Guy Was Run Over By Accident

We heard a rumour but cannot find where we saw the speculation that Guy had been run over by accident.

THEORY: Meghan Broke Her Dog’s Legs In A Fit Of Rage

Remember when Meghan’s half-brother, Thomas Markle Junior, said not to leave Meghan alone with children or animals? There might be some backing for this theory and we’re not talking about the bridesmaid dress drama with Princess Charlotte.

No, we’re talking about a lingering rumour that has been around for a few years that Meghan had a cat named, wait for it, Archie that she used to feed frozen grapes. She would talk about the cat all the time and even told her friends that Archie, the cat, was getting fat. When she went to Northwestern, the cat died. The information comes courtesy of Meghan’s Mole, who did a video on it some time ago.

It is possible that Meghan Markle broke her dog’s legs in a fit of rage when things weren’t going her way.
