The Bold And The Beautiful

Stop Using The Same Buzzwords, Steffy + Thomas!

Steffy

The offspring of Ridge “Freaking” Forrester are as fickle as they are entitled. Steffy is his favourite. Thomas takes second place. What has been annoying about the recent “Let’s ruin Bridge’s marriage” storyline is the constant use of the same buzzwords every time they appear. But, as annoying as it is, this is just the way of The Bold and the Beautiful.

Steffy has been using the exact words since she and Thomas started plotting to get their parents back together. So let’s see what they are, shall we?

  • Reunite.
  • The Forresters.
  • My Mother.
  • My Father.
  • My Brother.
  • The Children.
  • Back Together.
  • Our Family.
  • His TRUE Family.
  • You And Dad.
  • The Love You Have For Each Other.
  • True Love.

We could go on, but we won’t, as it is frustrating and overly debilitating. Every episode is the same thing. Also, don’t get us started on Thomas. His constant need to rub salt in the wound Brooke’s face is unethical and shows how entitled, immature and needy he and his sister are.

Why would two thirty-somethings want their parents back together when they’ve been divorced for like a decade, if not longer?

Steffy + Thomas = No Saints

Steffy is no angel herself. First, she cheated on Liam with Dollar Bill, and then she slept with Liam while she was dating Finn. Not to mention, she had to take paternity tests for BOTH of her children. Hope never had to do that with Beth. She ALWAYS knew that Liam was her child’s daddy. There is no denying that there are differences between the two.

Also, Thomas has committed so many crimes over the years. It’s a miracle he hasn’t been arrested. Instead, he got chewed up and spat out by Ridge for using Zoe to get Hope to marry him. Pot meet kettle. Soap operas were never supposed to be based on reality.

In conclusion, Steffy and Thomas think the Forresters are so high and mighty that they trump everyone else. The Logans, Spencers, Waltons, and the like. At least Zende has enough sense to stay out of it. It is not his fight, and he knows it.
