WandaVision THEORY: Could Evan Peters Be Playing One Of Wanda And Vision’s Twin Sons As An Adult?

Evan

It’s been known forever that Evan Peters would return to the world of Marvel in MCU in the upcoming Disney+ series, WandaVision. However, it is unknown who he is playing…

Evan Peters is best known to Marvel fans as Peter Maximoff aka Quicksilver in the X-Men movies. However, he is still involved in the world of superheroes and has jumped over to the MCU. He will be appearing in WandaVision, the first instalment of Phase Four being in mid January 2021.

Peters’ role is unknown until the show airs its first episode on January 15. We were thinking about this and it got a theory going. What if Evan is playing not an alternate version of Quicksilver but one of Wanda and Vision’s twin sons?

Wiccan And Speed

So, we know Wanda and Vision will have their sons in the series at some point as the trailers depict them as babies. Though, what if something happens and Evan Peters appears as one of them as an adult? If we had to guess, he’d be Speed because of the white hair.

Now why we’re going with this is because when Evan appeared in the X-Men films as Quicksilver, he has silver/grey hair. Whether it was a week or his hair was dyed we don’t know. Whatever the case, it was show he was a different character to Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s version of the same character (but in the MCU).

If Evan is Speed it could open up a new avenue for Pietro to come back if that’s the plan. We’re sure Aaron Taylor-Johnson was disappointed when he got killed off in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

If Evan Isn’t One Of The Twins, Could He Be A Multiverse Version Of Quicksilver?

Now, we need to consider the possibility that Evan could also be reprising his role as Peter Maximoff. Before you start screaming that he’s Quicksilver in the X-Men movies, yes, we’re aware. Remember, the multiverse exists. Look at what Spider-Man 3 is going to do. It will bring in characters from the non-MCU Spidey films like Jamie Foxx’s Electro.

What’s to stop WandaVision from bringing in the X-men Quicksilver in place of the MCU version through a break in the space time continuum?
