The past few weeks must’ve been torture for the Sussexes, better known as Harry and Meghan and their irrevelance. For a couple who wouldn’t be able to find their duchy on a map, they do not want to see they are not needed to the more comprehensive monarchy. They have trashed the family while wanting to be seen as members. To quote the millennials today, “make it make sense.”
Also, the Sussexes’ irrelevance has become more glaringly apparent as time goes on.
Oh, and can we not forget the epic snub from People magazine, a pro-Sussex Magazine, who put Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, on the cover with the image released on Meghan’s 41st birthday. Ouch.
Then, we got the court dates for Samantha Markle’s defamation case. This is going to be good. What will happen is anyone’s guess, and if Meghan has to be cross-examined, she’ll crumble under pressure. She might think she’s tough because she played a lawyer in Suits, but that means nothing in reality.
The Sussexes’ Irrelevance
Though, if Tom Bower’s book is anything to go by, Meghan can only play one character: herself. Rachel Zane was everything Meghan thought she was. But, as critical as that sounds, the irreverence is seen as something that she and Harry cannot avoid and refuse to accept their circumstances.
Being a royal is a job. It’s not all tea parties, tiaras and social events. It’s a rather dull existence. Before Meghan even came on the scene, hearing anything about the royals was rare unless you were looking for the information. What the Sussexes cannot grasp is that their importance was never present. Harry, in his absent-mindedness, thought he would say on top. However, the births of his nephews and niece cemented his fate as being pushed down the line of succession.
He should have known that irrelevance was on the horizon when his Uncles Andrew and Edward and Aunt Anne were all pushed down the line of the succession until the births of the newer generation. For example, Princess Anne and her children, Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall were pushed down the line after the births of Prince Edward’s children, Lady Louise and James Viscount Severn.
Falling Down The Line of Succession
After the births of her two younger brothers, Princess Anne was pushed to sit behind Edward as women were placed after brothers regardless of where they came in birth order. Her Majesty The Queen changed the rule before the birth of her great-grandson, Prince George. Moreover, this law allowed any of Prince William’s children, the male or female firstborn, to be given equal rights to the throne. So, if Princess Charlotte were born first, she would someday become Queen. A younger brother would not have dethroned her. However, Charlotte is destinated in the same position as Uncle Harry, the spare, like younger brother Prince Louis.
Going back to the Sussexes, it has never been a secret since Meghan came on the scene that she was jealous of Catherine. Some day, the Duchess of Cambridge will become the Princess of Wales, a title held by Princess Diana and now Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall as Prince Charles’ second wife.
Harry Now Hates Camilla And Has An Angelic View Of Diana
While Camilla doesn’t use the title of “Princess of Wales” as the wife of The Prince of Wales, by law, she is the Princess of Wales. There is nothing Harry can do about it. It was her choice to pick which titles she used when she and Charles’ married in 2005. Until now, the estranged youngest prince had no qualms with his stepmother.
Moreover, his inability to realise that he is an irrelevance is what blames him for his hatred. Meghan has twisted him so much that he ignores all the good things he has said about Camilla. In his mind, his mother should be Queen Consort, not his father’s mistress. However, William knows the type of damaged woman Diana was as he wants to know the faithful Diana. So he visited those who knew the People’s Princess best to see how his mother operated.
Harry, however, doesn’t care to do this as he has an angelic view of Diana. Would Diana have shown him her vulnerable side if she were still alive? Yes, I believe she would have. I also think she would’ve taught him to use his irrelevance as a tool for good, not evil, like he is now. I’ve written about my views on Camilla before.
In The Sussexes’ Minds – Her Royal Highness “Princess Meghan” Of Montecito
Brendan O’Neill of Spiked Online wrote a fascinating piece about Meghan’s victimhood and what’s happening (in part) with Samantha’s lawsuit. He even goes so far as to compare her to the Trump administration. What Trump and his goon squad did during his time as POTUS is the same as what Markle is doing. They’re twisting the facts to fit what they see as the truth.
We all know that Meghan wants people to see her as “Princess Meghan”, but there will never be a “Princess Meghan.” Also, I would love to know if she made an enemy out of Camilla. Even the Duchess of Cornwall could see the irrelevance that Harry would inherit as he slipped further down the line of succession. However, she was too polite to say anything, given her husband’s attempts to keep his son in check.
Do I believe that Harry has always hated his stepmother? No, I do not think he did. But, as I mentioned earlier, Meghan has pulled on his balls to make him see red, literally and figuratively. His wife is making him believe that she is his mother and is, therefore, Princess Meghan. Is it no wonder Tyler Perry referred to her as “Princess Meghan” in a belated birthday tweet captured by Markle News on Instagram?
The Catherine Hate Train Shows Meghan (And Eugenie)’s Irrelevance
I’m sure people like Princess Eugenie would enjoy Meghan selling out Catherine. We all know Eugenie and Meghan are two peas in a jealous pod. They hate Catherine because of various reasons. Princess Eugenie has envied the Duchess of Cambridge for years and hates that one day, she will have to curtsey to her as the Queen Consort.
Though, the one thing I have never entirely understood is why Eugenie hates Catherine so much. She has a commoner husband in Jack Brooksbank. So, I don’t know what the big issue is there. But, iI guesses Eugenie doesn’t like that Kate came from a middle-class family who had to work to get to where they are now.
Meghan, however, didn’t like the idea of Catherine outranking her, even though they were both Duchesses who married princes. Now, we know that Meghan wants to be the one in charge. Except, she overplayed her hand. She thought that Harry would accelerate her status to the top. However, she didn’t realise that Harry could not move up the totem pole until his grandmother died.
When Charles becomes king, Harry moves back up to the fifth place. When William ascends the throne, Harry gets pushed back to fourth. However, he will remain a Duke and Meghan a Duchess. William and Catherine will receive all new titles. I don’t think Meghan likes this thought.
The Sussexes Are NOT Important – Irrelevance
Despite being well-known as ‘the Sussexes’, Harry and Meghan have been to their duchy once. I stated earlier that they probably wouldn’t be able to find Sussex on a map of England. Their irrelevance was shown at the Platinum Jubilee with all the photos and videos of the family having a great time without them.
Let’s not forget the Sussexes being told by the usher at the church for the thanksgiving service to take their assigned seats. Their desperation to be near the senior royals shows their self-obsession. Also, there is a story that came out about Netflix questioning them as to why they were booed. Anyone with a few brain cells knows the answer to that.
The British public does not like what they have done to the Queen. But, bear in mind, some people support them, like race baiter Doctor ‘Shouty’ Shola. If people want to keep a toxic cesspool, that’s on them. The Sussexes are so caught up in their minds that they don’t think about the repercussions of their actions. They certainly didn’t expect to get booed at the Jubilee.
