The Games The Sussexes Are Trying To Play To Keep Themselves In The Media And To Upstage Other Royals

attention seekers

Attention Seekers don’t know when to stop. They cry wolf, and when something does happen, no one believes them. Ultimately, they become like Chicken Little. Now, you’re probably wondering how this fits in with Harry and Meghan. Well, the Montecito royals are trying to stand out in the press with new tactics. Since they’ve been together, their PR strategy is everything but solid. Controversy has arisen around everything they do, and it’s gotten tiresome.

For a couple who claim to hate the press, they’re not doing a single thing to stay aware. From Meghan’s stupidity on Ellen to Harry telling people to quit their jobs “if they don’t bring them joy”, it shows and smells of desperation. All they want is to show THEY are the more superior ones and how they’re better than the royals. They don’t respect the Queen. They’re fame-hungry, money-grabbing attention seekers whose egos have taken over.

The Sussexes are playing a game of chess that never ends. Instead of winning, they’re losing, but they believe they’re on top. Yeah, that one confuses us too. Anyway, we will analyse the levels within their newly renovated media game.

Staged Paparazzi Shots – Part One

Meghan wanted to be a Hollywood icon. She knew being a cable television actress wasn’t going to do it, so she found herself a prince with mummy issues, married him and got a fancy title. However, before the big wedding that she claimed as a spectacle for the world to worship them, she called the paparazzi to take photos of her around Kensington Palace.

These were taken when Harry and Meghan were dating. She was NOT the Duchess of Sussex yet. Moreover, this came before any pattern started to emerge. Anyhow, note how clear the first of the two images are. The second isn’t clear, but you can tell it’s Markle from the shopping bags. Also, they’re shot from a distance to make it look like they were pap shots.

The media were lapping it up that Harry was getting serious with her. However, this served as the ultimate opportunity for more media attention. The prince told the media to stop being racists and leave his lady love alone. However, the staged pap shots didn’t stop.

Staged Paparazzi Shots – Part Two

During Harry and Meghan’s Canada trip, Markle faked paparazzi shots which she later sued over in their son, Archie’s name.

When these photos were released, Harry raged and threatened to sue, which we think he did. But hold on for a moment. Notice the third image. Meghan is looking at the camera and smiling. We did a whole post on this a while back. If she wanted privacy, she wouldn’t have known where the camera was. Also, her bodyguards didn’t move to protect her.

Next up to show what attention seekers the Sussexes are is the paparazzi shot which pre-dates Meghan’s time as a royal.

Notice how clear this image is and how close it is? It was either shot with a long lens, or it was taken from a short distance. Also, Harry looks stoned or drunk. We know he’s had a drug problem. The prince himself has admitted to this, according to Ben Hill of The Sun. If we’re honest, this is one of the few times he’s been truthful since he met Meghan.

So, these photos are set up because Archie’s face isn’t blurred out. We touched on this in yesterday’s post. Also, what makes this even more complicated, is that they released them not even twenty minutes before Prince Louis’ 3rd birthday portrait came out. However, the drop backfired because no other outlets posted the photos. Though, if we’re honest, we don’t think Harry would pull a stunt like this. He adored his nephews and niece.

Attention Seekers Love The Spotlight No Matter How Intimidating – TV Talk Shows

Ellen DeGeneres had the time of her life making Meghan look like a total fool. While the Sussex Squad and Harry might’ve seen it as funny, it was cringeworthy to us regular folks. We didn’t see the whole interview, but we did see snippets all over the internet. What makes this stupid is the title the Duchess of Sussex got used.

Meghan uses her title everywhere even though she’s not in the UK anymore and no, Sussex Squad. It is NOT her name. There is a huge difference between a name and a title. Without the title, she is Rachel Meghan Mountbatten-Windsor or whatever she wants to brand herself. Anyway, like all attention seekers, she decided to go on a show hosted by a famous bully.

Bullies love other bullies, so it makes sense Meghan would go on Ellen. Since she’s so hyped on “women’s empowerment”, she could’ve gone on WendyThe Kelly Clarkson Show, or Drew Barrymore’s talk show. But, no.

Ellen is well-known for her celebrity prank segment, and Meghan would’ve known this if she knew the disgraced talk show queen at all. Mind you this is the same woman who was horrible to her show’s staff and even made fun of the engagement in 2017. Meghan, alleged, was left red-faced when her participation in the joke didn’t go over too well, according to Selina Maycock of Good to Know.

Attention Seekers Buy A Place In Time100 List

Remember the ridicule that circled around the Sussexes after THAT Time100 cover came out? We certainly do. Many people compared Harry to Meghan’s hairdresser. While we agree with this, it shows something else; the power dynamic between them. She’s in front in all her ego-tastic glory while he’s standing behind her with a photoshopped head of hair.

Being the attention seekers they are, it wouldn’t be surprising if they bought their place on the list. Also, we saw somewhere other versions of the cover were selling out but the Sussex one wasn’t. We cannot remember where heard this but if you look at their plummeting reputation, you’ll know how true it is.

Also, they had their “friend” Jose Andrés wrote a sugary piece about how “they run towards the struggle” to assist people they don’t know. Though Martha Ross of Mercury News found in her research for her feature on the Time100 cover, there’s a tweet that asks an interesting question. How can the Sussexes have compassion for individuals they’ve never met when they can’t show the same courtesy to their families or their ex-friends. Excellent inquiry.

Timed To Upstage Royals

The Sussexes seem to have such a problem with the royals that they feel they need to overshadow them. Talk about attention seekers! The Sussex Squad might claim that it’s “coincidental”, but it is not as it keeps happening.

One of the moments we mentioned earlier was with the “paparazzi shots” of Meghan and Archie coming out twenty minutes before Prince Louis’ birthday portrait did. What’s more, is the former actress also overshadowed her stepmother-in-law Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall when she [Camilla] went to deliver a powerful speech about domestic violence. Reportedly from what James Wood of the Daily Mail said in 2020, this upset Camilla and Charles as the family had agreed the speech took precedence over anything else.

It also happens every time one of the other Cambridges have a birthday. In 2020, the Sussexes announced Megxit a few days before Catherine’s birthday.

Let’s not forget the outrage that was sparked when the media put out (on Meghan’s behalf) of what flowers were put into the wreath the Sussexes had ordered for Prince Philip’s funeral. Also, there was the story that came out about Meghan not attending because she didn’t want to be the centre of attention outside of being pregnant. Ultimately, this is code for “I wasn’t invited”. She had no issues travelling to New York for her Baby Shower while she was pregnant with Archie.

Almost everything the Sussexes do is timed around royal events. Another example is Harry’s upcoming memoir which is believed to be released around the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
