A father’s love never waivers, but Thomas Markle thinks Prince Harry is to blame for his daughter Meghan’s change in behaviour.
Wanting to believe that there is still some semblance of good in a wayward child, friend, or relative doesn’t make one weak. But, how far would you be willing to go for someone who has constantly trashed you to anyone who will listen to them? Thomas Markle appears to be under the impression that his estranged daughter, Meghan, has changed since marrying Prince Harry. But, this is a father’s desperate attempt to see the good in the child who abandoned him because he no longer fits into the A-list lifestyle she desperately wants.
When we started reporting on the Markle drama, we were on Harry and Meghan’s side, but we soon saw the light. We believe Samantha when she says her sister is a social climber who wants fame, power, and money. However, there are still aspects of what we’ve said about Thomas that we still believe. For example, we did a post about how he wasn’t grandfather of the year with his other grandchildren.
Do we feel sorry for the Markles? Yes, we do. No family should be dumped by one of their own who thinks they’re better than everyone else. While we do not agree with everything they say or do, they DON’T deserve to be vilified. However, there is one thing that doesn’t sit right with us. Thomas wants to believe that his daughter has never been a liar and only became that way when she married Harry.
Evidence And A Single Admission Doesn’t Lie
Meghan openly admitted during an event when she was starring on Suits that she lied about being in a union when she wasn’t. The video that is linked is of the whole event, but her confession is in there, and it was filmed in 2015, the year before she met Harry. She laughed when she said it like it wasn’t that big of a deal. As According2Taz pointed out in her latest video, Meghan is a faux humanitarian, having only a handful of visits for UN Women and WorldVision.
A lot of Meghan’s short-term endeavours can be traced online. However, photos from those ‘humanitarian’ trips can only be traced from 2015 onward. She never cared about this before. Also, just because you put these things in your Instagram bio doesn’t mean you care.
She was plotting to bag Harry (or even William) by portraying herself as this humanitarian who cares. We did a post a while back regarding whether Meghan’s sights were on William. Though she did a video where she was asked to choose between the brothers. She awkwardly laughed and said she didn’t know which one she’d pick. We’ll we all know well that turned out. Too bad the Duke of Cambridge was already taken. Though, MM is not William’s type and never was.
What Samantha Has To Say And What The World Sees
In a series of Tweets from Meghan’s half-sister, Samantha, she says that her father doesn’t want to blame Meghan directly and instead places it all on Harry. He wants to believe that there is some chance of reconciliation with his daughter, which is why he doesn’t want to consider it.
Samantha is one hundred per cent correct in her logic. While it is understandable that he maintains hope of reuniting with Meghan, Thomas also needs to understand that she doesn’t want him in her life anymore. He has outlived his usefulness to her. As cruel as that might be, it’s obvious what she thinks of him; a trash bin full of money that went dry.
Sam has also spoken to Dan Wootton of GBNews and was asked whether she still loves her sister. She said she doesn’t go because of how Meghan treats their father. The world can see she abandoned him, yet she talks about compassion and kindness. It shows what kind of person she is, and it’s out there for the whole world to see.
The sane people of the world see Meghan as a woman who has no creativity. She trashes her relatives and, therefore, doesn’t believe in the concept of family. Thomas is desperate to talk to her once more before he dies. Oh, wait, Meghan referred to him in the past tense when she vented her spleen to Oprah, meaning he is dead to her.
