Prince Christian Of Denmark Celebrates His 18th Birthday In Style

Prince Christian, 18th Birthday

How have 18 years passed so quickly? Prince Christian, the future King of Denmark, has celebrated his 18th birthday in total style. The second-in-line to the Danish throne had a massive birthday bash attended by fellow heirs or heiresses, as the case is.

Prince Christian appeared on the balcony to greet the Danish people before he was joined by his grandmother, Queen Margrethe II and his father, Crown Prince Frederik. The Queen was then replaced by the birthday boy’s mother, Crown Princess Mary. Also, Christian’s three younger siblings, sisters, Princesses Isabella and Josephine and brother Prince Vincent, also joined them. Again, with their grandmother.

There was a massive gala event with tiaras where other European royals joined. The party, hosted by Queen Margrethe, included other Danish royals, including Prince Christian’s uncle, Prince Joachim, his aunt Princess Marie and his cousins.

Other royal guests that were included were the prince’s godparents. Crown Prince Haakon of Norway is one of Christian’s godfathers. He attended with his wife, Crown Princess Mette-Marit and their daughter, Princess Ingrid Alexandra. Furthermore, the “Godmother of Europe”, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, was also in attendance. As was her husband, Prince Daniel and their daughter, Princess Estelle.

Not to mention, Christian made a speech to welcome everyone in attendance. Moreover, there was also a photo of him with four future Queens.

So many images were taken that it is impossible to use all of them. You only have one 18th birthday, and this event will be one to remember.
