Zoe is heading into dangerous territory, especially since Ridge is her boss and Zende’s uncle. The model can make all the excuses she wants but she still looks guilty…
Ridge has put his nephew, Zende and model Zoe on blast for carrying on behind Carter’s back. However, it wasn’t even his sister’s son’s fault. There is no affair going on but that’s not the way he sees it. He might be the COO’s best friend, but he’s [Ridge] isn’t exactly innocent himself.
Anyway, this is about the model and the designer and how Ridge busted them. Now, this is more about Zoe than it is about Zende given she was the one who went over the Forrester mansion in an attempt to seduce him.
Zende is not guilty as he moved from the model onto her sister. He did kiss Paris to stop her from leaving LA on her bossy sibling’s orders. Also, how was he to know that Zoe was going to show up at his grandfather’s house? Ridge, however, doesn’t see it that way.
Ridge’s Loyalty To Carter is Cute
Who is Ridge to talk about loyalty? This is a man who has broken his own marriage vows several times. Anyway, when it comes to Carter there is some ounce of truth there. If you really think about it, they’re like brothers and a bit like the bromance between Bill and Justin who happens to be the father of Donna’s son, Marcus and Carter’s adoptive brother.
Anywho, Ridge and Carter have always been close and will always have each other’s backs. They are also fiercely protective of the other. Cool beans. If we’re being honest, it’s really nice to see that the co-CEO of Forrester Creations is looking out for someone else other than himself for a change.
Carter clearly means a lot to Ridge and vice versa. To have the designer go for the throat with Zoe was really satisfying to see. She deserves to be taken down several pegs.
Ridge doesn’t want Carter to be hurt but if he doesn’t trend carefully, he’s going to lose his best friend.
Zende Is Not At Fault Here!
While Ridge was right to call out Zoe, he shouldn’t have called out Zende. He won’t even listen to what he says. It was all the model. If anything, the younger fashion designer is just a victim. However, his uncle does not see it that way. He thinks that his nephew is in on the whole thing when he has been doing his best to resist her advances.
Despite everything that happened with Nicole and her half-sister, Sasha, Zende appears to have learned his lesson. He doesn’t want to betray Carter. He’s a close friend to him too and he wouldn’t go after someone else’s fiancée let alone ruin a friendship over a woman.
Ridge needed to trend carefully and he hasn’t. If he doesn’t tell Carter about Zoe’s… second thoughts in the right way, he could lose his best friend.
