Home And Away: Chloe Needs To Learn To Be Quiet

Chloe and Mia are beginning to grate on our nerves…

Okay, we don’t normally complain about characters that this one is warranted. Chloe and Mia Anderson have been grating on our nerves for some time and while we didn’t want to say anything, we felt we had to. The reason is that there is a promo for upcoming episodes where Chloe comes into the hospital and blames Ari for her mother losing the baby.

Since Chloe and Mia have been on Home and Away, they’ve slowly started to annoy us to the point it’s starting to be tedious. While we understand it’s a television show and everything in between, there are people in real life who see themselves as saints.

Chloe and Mia are no exception. We don’t hate the actresses by any means as they’re simply doing a job. The characters they play are self-righteous and have inserted themselves into something they were never part of, to begin with. We spoke prior to the Olympics, about how Chloe cannot see the bigger picture regarding Nikau’s affair with Sienna. She thinks Bella is to blame for everything. Yes, he was tricked, but that still doesn’t make it right.

The Aftermath Of Mia Losing The Baby

We know how Mia and Ari wanted a child of their own. They lost their son and have had multiple miscarriages. Chloe has always come across as a spoilt perfectionist who thinks the world revolves around her. To blame her stepfather for her mother’s miscarriage is not right. Yes, he threw Nikau out of the house, but he had no choice. He chose to believe Sienna and he caused his own downward spiral.

No matter what Ari tried to do to help him, he rebelled against him and just didn’t want to hear it. That is not Ari. He cannot control what his nephew does with his life. If he wants to shag another woman who is not his girlfriend then that’s his decision. He was getting too big for his boots and his uncle was attempting to pull him back down to Earth.

Nikau leaving was his decision. If he hadn’t left, then Mia and Dean wouldn’t have gotten into the car which they had to swerve to miss hitting the kangaroo that was standing in the middle of the road. If you really want to blame someone, blame Nik. It was his decision to set off a whole chain of events.

We know there’s going to be an aftermath coming where everyone is going to be grieving and so on and so forth. It will also be the end of Tane’s relationship with Ziggy, but that’s for another post.

How is it Ari’s fault that Mia got in the car to chase after his nephew? Nikau should be the one to blame.

Mia Is Too Much Of A Goodie-Goodie

If there’s one thing about Mia we cannot stand it is how she is a massive goodie-goodie. She’s also the reason why Ari’s relationship with Mac fell apart. They were good until she showed up and ruined it. Also, Mac was having Ari’s baby until it became an ectopic pregnancy.

Ari thinks Mia can do no wrong and couldn’t resist going back to her and just dumped Mac like she was a day-old sandwich. For weeks after the break-up and losing their baby, Mackenzie was a total wreck. She self-destructed to the point that Dean almost couldn’t pull his sister to the surface again. It got so bad that she was having sex with a different man every night and didn’t care.

If the anti-Hope fans think Hope is bad on The Bold and the Beautiful, Mia is far worse. At least Hope has flaws. Mia doesn’t appear to have any.
