I’ve talked a lot about a potential Sussex divorce on Project Fangirl. While I don’t wish it on anyone, the clues we’ve gotten from the Sussexes over the last couple of years show us that they, like Charles and Diana, have nothing in common. A story via the Daily Mail came out the other day saying that Meghan Markle was disappointed Prince Harry wasn’t loaded with cash. So what are the odds that Haz could become a working royal again if there is a split between him and his wife?
That’s what I want to know, and I thought I would explore it in this post. Let’s start by saying this is just my opinion and thought process. If you don’t like it, don’t revisit my site. Simple.
Will Harry Be A Working Royal Again?
So, would Harry become a working royal again if he divorces Meghan? In all honesty, I don’t think he will. Why? Because he’s too egotistical to work for the little people. Royals are supposed to highlight causes and raise awareness of them, not profit from them. This is why people are losing faith in the Invictus Games. People don’t know where their money is going. For all they know, their hard-earned cash could be going into Harry and Meghan’s bank accounts to fund their overly expensive lifestyle.
Of course, they don’t believe in second-hand or budget clothing. Well, Markle doesn’t. After all, she did wear over $60k worth of clothing during the three days she was at the Invictus Games last year. That’s how much most people make in an entire year.
Non-Working Royal Meg Doesn’t Believe In Wearing Loan Clothing
Meghan doesn’t think before she acts. She only goes on what she thinks looks good and feels people will applaud her. Most don’t. Why? Because she’s not relatable in the way, say, Catherine is. Remember that gorgeous green gown she wore to the Boston 2022 Earthshot Prize?
It was said then that the dress was a loan and was not bought, as per Yahoo UK. Has Meghan ever done this? No. If she had, it would be all over the news what a terrific person she is.
Meghan only cares about money. If she had wanted to stay a working royal, she would never have invented a sob story to drive Harry away from the only life he has ever known. She also has him so paranoid about them being in danger that she doesn’t see how hypocritical she’s being when she calls the paparazzi and then claims she was chased around the supermarket by people with camera phones… in a public place.
No one reported in the press that Meghan was chased about the supermarket. This story was written in Spare by Harry, who (allegedly) found her crying on the stairs after the “incident.” I wrote an article a few weeks back about how much Meghan “collapsed” and “cried.” This was not one of the points I added because I’d forgotten about it. There is every chance that the palace covered it up, but I doubt it. Also, if it did happen, Harry would’ve addressed it in a statement on Meghan’s behalf, like the “racist press” one.
Relationship Woes?
Anyway, why are we talking about Meghan? This is supposed to be about Harry. My dear friend Sue Smith on YouTube mentioned in her latest video that all might not be well for the Montecito pair. She included a video of them going into the uber-expensive restaurant in Los Angeles, and they weren’t all over each other like they usually are. Oh, and just a side note, the eatery was two hours away from their house, and there was a massive storm.
Plenty of people have also said they’re not together and have been separated for some time. I have no issues believing this. However, given how Harry shies away from Meghan touching him in public now, like what happened during the Mandela Day debacle, it’s pretty clear that something’s seriously off.
Again, I do not like speculating on things like relationship problems, but this is Harry and Meghan. They shirked being the ultimate working royal couple, and threw dirt at their relatives, knowing they couldn’t respond.
Moreover, neither has much to return to if there is a divorce. Harry won’t be able to reside in the UK full-time because of the kids. Also, Meghan won’t have access to her title if it hasn’t been taken by then. Furthermore, Charles and William will excommunicate Harry from public life, while Meghan will likely use his mental health issues to her advantage.
Conclusion
I do not believe that Harry will ever return to being a working royal. He could try like Andrew, but Charles is trying to keep his approval numbers in the green. If he caves to Harry and allows him back, there will be anarchy.
