The Phone Hacking Portion Of Prince Harry’s Case Against The Sun Newspaper

Phone Hacking, Harry, The Sun

The Sun newspaper, according to the Guardian, has a new victory. Due to a lack of evidence, a UK judge has thrown out the phone hacking portion of Prince Harry’s case against NGN. However, he will be allowed to continue down the other avenues he is suing over, including using private investigators.

This would be Prince Harry and his vendetta against the press due to his paranoia, fueled by the death of his and Prince William’s mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, on August 31st 1997, in a car accident in Paris when her sons were 12 [Harry] and 15 [William] respectively. Harry is also suing the newspaper group linked to the Mirror.

The News Of The World Was Cut Down Due To The Phone Hacking Scandal

The now-defunct News of the World was responsible for hacking Harry, William and Catherine’s phones when the trio were young. Kate was hacked 155 times. Harry was only hacked nine times, while William was hacked 35 times, per the Sydney Morning Herald. At the time of the discovery, William was the one who wanted to sue, and he wanted his brother to join him, but Harry told him “no.”

William settled out of court and was rewarded a million pounds for his settlement. During his case with the Mirror, Harry made it sound terrible when cases get settled out of court all the time for ordinary people. He wanted to stain his brother’s name for working with the press when it’s a non-issue.

Harry doesn’t understand that because he’s William’s brother and King Charles’s son, he should win despite no evidence to back up what he is saying. William, meanwhile, had evidence that his phone was hacked. No one knew that his nickname for Catherine while they were dating was Babykins, which came out in the press.

There Is NO Secret Agreement With Buckingham Palace

Anyone with half a brain knows there is no “secret agreement” with Buckingham Palace. Was there a swapping of stories? Maybe, but the secret agreement doesn’t exist. It’s like the allegations of palace Christmas parties for the press that have never happened. Several members of the royal rota have come out to address this.

Harry believes that “there are forces against him.” One of his ex-girlfriends once said she couldn’t handle his constant jumping at shadows and claiming paparazzi were in the bushes when there weren’t. Finally, during Harry’s time on the stand during his case against the Mirror, he said he was doing it for Meghan and her safety. She wasn’t in his life when the phone hacking happened, and her phone has never been hacked. Also, he mentioned his wife only a handful times but mentioned the true love of his life, Chelsy Davy, over 100 times in court documents.
