It’s one messy scandal after another with disgraced ex-royals Harry and Andrew. First, they both complain they can’t wear their desired military uniforms to The Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral to Harry’s constant harping about how his wife could suffer the same fate as his mother the situation has stemmed to the point of arrogance and paranoia. What makes it’s even worse is Her Majesty The Queen is caught in the middle. She would be torn as a mother and grandmother whilst being the head of state. Moreover, she’s had to endure so much crap from her wayward middle son and grandson due to their greediness uncaring natures.
Andrew and Harry don’t understand the toll their BS is causing on their 95-year-old mother and grandmother. Their actions have called her great heartache. Ultimately, the messy situation shows how ungrateful they are to have everything handed to them their entire lives. One is a 61-year-old man who can’t get it through his head that he will never be king. The second is 37-years-old who is already going through a mid-life crisis. No one gives a damn about their statuses as a son and grandson of Her Majesty The Queen who are so low on the line of succession they’ll never rise any higher other than fourth and seventh place.
Harry and Andrew will inevitably continue to find themselves in messy situations. As we’ve said before, there is an apparent curse on the spare heirs to the British throne, which we hope breaks with Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Going back to the situation at hand, Harry and Andrew are nothing special, and they’re blind to facts; people don’t care.
Operation: Messy Reverse Psychology
Harry is not as intelligent as he thinks he is. He believes that if he claims he wants to pay for police protection in the UK, if he ever takes Meghan and the kids over, it will cause his family to say, “No, we’ll pay for it.” This hasn’t worked the way he thought. He’s now upset that his family isn’t going to pay for it. Yes, this is confusing. In layman’s terms, he is trying to pull the wool over his entire family by using reverse psychology.
Now, any sane person who is well versed in how the rules of how security is distributed with the royal family. Only senior working royals get security. So, Her Majesty The Queen, Charles and Camilla, and the Cambridges get security full time. Princess Anne, who narrowly avoided a kidnapping attempt in the early 1970s, as per Carrie Hagen of Smithsonian Magazine, only has security when she is working.
What makes Harry think he is more important than those who do the brunt of the work without complaining? Well, he thinks because he “served” his country in the army, he is entitled to special treatment. We call bullshit as he had to cheat to get into Sandhurst.
If he thinks his wife and children are under threat of kidnapping, perhaps he should ask his aunt why she was almost kidnapped. The man was unhinged and had no proper plan in what he would do if he ended up abducting Princess Anne. He might’ve claimed that he wanted to help the NHS, but why attempt to kidnap the Queen’s only daughter?
The Sussexes aren’t a neccessarity. They’re not popular enough to warrant anyone going after them. Again, Harry is jumping at shadows and is paranoid.
Sorry, Andrew, But Your Status As Mumma’s Boy Will Only Get You So Far
The Duke of York. What can we say about him without repeating what other people have said already? Unfortunately, there is not a heap. The man, like his nephew, is a man-child who thinks as the Queen’s alleged favourite son, she will defend his every move. As we’ve stated before, he’s a 61-year-old man who lost any form of integrity a long time ago.
This messy situation he has found himself in with Virginia Giuffre is of his making. He chose to be friends with a pedophile and his mistress. Now, the whole thing has come back to bite him in the ass. The Queen will not be around forever to protect her family, especially her adult children. Andrew can attempt to hide behind her skirts like a scared little boy, but he needs to pull his big boy pants out and realise the weight of his actions.
A while ago, we wrote a piece about what if Andy was innocent. We’ve never believed he is, but Ms. Giuffre isn’t the saint she claims to be. As we discussed in the post, she was of consenting age when the alleged crime happened. However, Andrew’s need to use his daughters as alibis reeks of desperation. Neither Andy nor Virginia is in the right.
The Queen has dealt with so much since she-who-mustn’t-be-named arrived. From Harry’s slandering of the family to the death of Prince Philip, Her Majesty can only take so much, especially at her age. Having her adult son get caught up in a sex scandal on the other side of the world shows how messy and imperfect the royals are.
Messy And Confused Obsession
Let’s go back to Harry for a moment. Has anyone noticed that he seems to obsess over everything? Every time he is told “no” he cries victimhood. He wanted OUT of his family and his country and knew what would happen if he left. However, he thought that his grandmother would have pity and do what he wanted as he was (allegedly) her favourite grandchild.
Harry is not entitled to protection when he is in the UK as he wanted a private citizen. Now, to all those sugars reading this who will cry, “Oh, but the Sussexes are internationally protected, so they need protection!”, yeah, they’re not internationally protected as they are not heads of state. Though, they like to believe they are as they have titles. The only British head of state is Her Majesty The Queen, also known as Harry’s Granny! No other member has this type of protection when they travel overseas.
The Sussexes will never sit on the throne, despite it being Meghan’s dream to bark orders at her underlings. Sorry, but being a monarch in any capacity requires work. There is so much more to it than crowns, tiaras, ballgowns, and parties.
Harry and Meghan have fed each other with fantasies of perfect lives where everyone loves and worships them. Where they are the divine rulers of the world. They’re caught up in their bubble of self-importance that they don’t see what their critics see; they’re irrelevant.
End Of The Line, Andrew
To end this post, we need to look at Andrew again. He, much like his nephew, doesn’t seem to understand that his mother will not fund him forever. She might be the Queen of England, but she has not reigned for seventy years and remained popular on a whim. No, she has worked hard to maintain the integrity of the monarch in which she was born. Also, as the matriarch of her family, she has to keep the peace, but there is only so much she can do. Again, she is 95-years-old.
She cannot continue to shield her middle-aged son from life. His actions are not her fault. It seems she is as fed up as everyone else is. First her grandson and now her second son? The poor lady cannot get a break. She is nearing the end of her life. Why can she not enjoy the last years of her life in peace with her children and grandchildren working in harmony? Unfortunately, this is a reality that will never come to pass.
Andrew has shown that he only cares about his status and no one else’s. He thought his position as the Queen’s favourite son would spare him. Little did he realise he was just a piece in a complicated chess game.
