Two US States Ban Trump From 2024 Presidential Ballot

Maine, Colorado, trump

A big shocker in the world of American politics. Former President Donald Trump has been banned from running in two US States: Colorado and Maine. According to Vox, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled a week ago that the billionaire cannot run for his second term in office in the state. Why? Because of Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment which says anyone who incites insurrection is not eligible to run for Office.

However, the Vox article says that the verdict might not hold in the US Supreme Court. We’ll have to wait and find out what happens. Meanwhile, according to 9News Australia, Maine has also pulled Trump from their 2024 presidential ballot.

The booting of Trump from the Maine ballot is considered a victory for his critics. They are trying to uphold the American constitution.

Moreover, the American constitution is largely upheld. But there are many rules, such as the rule on guns needs to be amended to be for certain occupations. Regular, everyday people do not need guns. However, that is a story for another day.

Trump The Disastrous Sequel

Trump getting a second term could turn the United States of America into an even bigger disaster. Sure, the Biden Administration is all over the place. But Trump is a bigotry who wants the country to be a Police State. The former president wanted to control every aspect he liked and condemn those criticising him.

Finally, people woke up to his hair brain schemes when he had no idea what he was doing.
