Did Koska Reeves appear in The Clone Wars, or did she participate in the event of the same name? That’s the question we’re asking ourselves.
The simple answer is that judging by Koska’s appearance, she likely wasn’t born when the Clone Wars happened. Our only indication is that Koska Reeves is a Mandalorian member of Bo-Katan Kryze’s Nite Owls, a group active during the Clone Wars. We only have a little information on Koska’s backstory. All we know is that her homeworld is Trask.
We know that Bo-Katan was active during the Clone Wars as she was once on Darth Maul’s side of the conflict until he killed her sister, Duchess Satine. What’s more, is that Koska Reeves might’ve had relatives who were members of the Nite Owls before she joined.
Behind The Scenes With Koska Reeves
From a behind-the-scenes perspective, Koska Reeves as a character didn’t exist during the production of The Clone Wars series. Could it be possible that she was one of the Nite Owl members during the Siege of Mandalore? That’s a bit of a stretch, given the little we know about her. She can’t be more than 35 years old, perhaps younger. If she were present during this time, she would’ve had to be a child like Hera Syndulla was.
It’s possible that Koska Reeves grew up with stories about the Clone Wars and wanted to honour her ancestors by joining the Nite Owls. We’ve gotten five Mandalorian episodes with her, so hopefully, she’ll appear in The Mandalorian and Grogu movie or appear in another project. Or even better, a book.
