Can We Please Stop Using The Word “Sweet” When Talking About Meghan Markle’s Obsession With Princess Diana And Everything?

Sweet

Why are publications fixated on using the word, “sweet” to describe Meghan Markle? – Prince Harry married his mother’s stalker. So many people have said it over the last five years, and sadly, they’re right. The former actress first met with positive press upon her royal debut in 2016. However, fast-forward to 2022, her popularity is sitting at minus figures. The UK cannot stand her as she called everyone in the country “racist.”

While her popularity in the US isn’t low, it’s not sky high either. Many people see through her sickly sweet act of being “relatable.” Many American publications have a habit of feeding Meghan’s already giant ego. Especially when it comes to their comparisons to her and the late Princess Diana. Well, okay. To everything she does.

For example, Entertainment Tonight has a habit of referring to everything Meghan does as “sweet.” In the link, it’s a YouTube search on the ET YouTube channel. Another example is the Google search concerning Meghan and Diana. Here’s a taste of the search results:

It is nauseating every time a story comes out saying, “Meghan’s sweet nod to…”. The Sussex PR machine pays websites and magazines to write positivity about her. But do they realise it’s not working? If anything, people are sick of seeing her and Harry in the media every day.

There is nothing sweet about opening a news app or social media and seeing some pro-Sussex outlet gushing over Meghan and Harry’s latest tribute to Diana. Can’t the poor woman rest in peace?

The Diana Obsession Is Anything But “Sweet”

“Sweet” is oversaturating everything that comes out regarding Meghan. If anything, it’s putting her in a light that she does not deserve. She is obsessed with the mother-in-law she never got to meet. If you’ve been following Markle’s antics for a while, you’ll see that she knows Diana’s life story so well that she’s used elements in her fabricated narrative of being naive. Let’s look at a few of those points now, shall we?

  • Naive – Meghan wasn’t naive like Diana was when she entered the royal family. Diana was 19 when she became engaged to Charles. Meghan was 35 when she and Harry got engaged and had written about the royals on The Tig.
  • Wanted To Commit Suicide While Pregnant – Meghan claimed to Oprah that she wanted to commit suicide while she was pregnant with Archie. Diana threw herself down the stairs during her pregnancy with William.
  • Outfits And Mannerisms – Meghan has observed Diana’s mannerisms and outfits, given how she presents herself. The head tilts on Oprah were a dead giveaway. Oh, and how she was sitting like Diana did during the Martin Bashir interview.

Teasing The Public With Your Children Won’t Win You Any Points

Meghan is a great believer in teasing people with something they want but won’t get. One of these things is her children, Archie and Lilibet. When she did the 40×40 announcement, she wore two necklaces with Archie and Lili’s star signs. There were also out-of-focus photos sitting on the desk.

The first and only look at Lilibet we’ve gotten is the 2021 Christmas card which is heavily photoshopped. Again, she is copying Diana, which we’re sure her devoted followers will refer to as “sweet.”

Also, it would not be surprising if Harry showed Meghan the photo of his mother with William and claimed it was him. However, the photo was purposeful. It doesn’t matter if it was photoshopped or not. It’s the meaning behind it that matters.

Meghan’s attempt to be sweet and down-to-Earth isn’t working. There has been enough footage and photos in the public domain, including news stories that show that she is a fake individual trying to build a brand based on woke ideals. She knows that Diana is a soft spot in the hearts of many people. She also is aware of Harry’s fixated mother issues where he cannot let go of the idea that Diana died in a tragic accident.
