Meghan Markle Can Blame Her In-Laws All She Wants, But Hollywood Has Spoken – They Hate Her Actions, Not Her Race – OPINION

Meghan Markle In-Laws

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enjoy the continuing fight with the royals AKA the in-laws that the former actress never liked. While there are continued conversations regarding the couple’s marriage, one thing, their desires to be top dog haven’t disappeared.

We’ve all heard the story about what Meghan Markle wrote about the former Kate Middleton and Prince William’s wedding on The Tig. We all know that Princess Catherine is a primary target for the Sussex Squad who have said horrible things about her, including a certain bot man who claimed the Wales marriage wouldn’t last enough another year.

Meghan Markle’s Hatred For Her In-Laws Is Comical

Looking back at all of Meghan Markle’s disgusting antics and those of her vile followers, it is clear that the Princess of Wales, the former Kate Middleton is popular with the A-list celebrity crowd.

Look at Reese Witherspoon. As per Yahoo,  she geeked out when she met the then-Duchess of Cambridge at a charity event. Moreover, she rejected an invite to Harry and Meghan’s wedding because she didn’t know them.

Then we have the remark that was hurled at Meghan’s back as she and Harry left the ESPYS 30s minutes early. A woman yelled over the crowd, “She’s no Princess of Wales.”

What makes this funny is that a rumour exists that Meghan wanted to be either THE Princess of Wales or co-Princess of Wales and therefore, co-Queen with Catherine. There is also speculation that she wanted Prince William so badly that she tried to flirt with him, but realised he was committed to his wife. Therefore, she had to settle with the spare, who was only going to move up the line of succession one or two places once his father and then his brother became king.

Meghan Markle Makes Harry Believes His Childhood Was Horrible

Harry, thanks to Meghan, doesn’t see his childhood and life before his wife as fair. He constantly whined about it in his book, Spare. William got an extra sausage “because he was going to be king.” The list goes on. We also have what Megyn Kelly was told by someone close to Trevor Engelson that Markle had a vision board of the royal family. Ninaki Priddy, the former actress’ childhood best friend said she was Diana obsessed.

Nikki Priddy’s statement was backed up by the mother of another former pal who said she had loaned Meghan her video recording of her late mother-in-law, Lady Diana’s 1981 wedding to Prince Charles (now king). It was also stated in Andrew Morton’s book, Meghan: A Hollywood Princess that she had a copy of his book, Diana: Her True Story on her bookshelf.

What makes Meghan’s so-called “revenge” against her in-laws so laughable is how she’s choosing to go about it. The A-list celebrities aren’t defending her, but some lower-tier celebs are. Look at Mindy Kaling, Tracee Ellis Ross, Tyler Perry, and Janina Gavinkar.

The Questionable Friend

Okay, Tyler Perry is a billionaire and is well-known. We’re placing him with the lower-tier celebrities because his films aren’t book office gold and black women are turning on him due to his opinions of them and his depiction of his character Medea.

Also, Mindy Kaling isn’t as well-known as some people might think. Sure, she was on The US iteration of The Office, but there are bigger names on that show than her.

Anyway, back to Meghan Markle’s war with her in-laws. She hates them because they don’t see her as this great influential woman who could be Queen. A rumour is going around that Meghan allegedly told William “My husband is the rightful heir to the throne.” How true that is we don’t know. It’s right up there with “We’re one plane crash away from the throne.” We still have no idea if she truly said this but we’re not putting anything past her.

Most of Hollywood has tuned Meghan out because a large portion of people have worked with her. When you’ve worked with certain people, they talk and then it spreads like wildfire. There have been directors who have collaborated with her and said she was a nasty diva.

Hollywood Doesn’t Look At Someone Because Of Their Race

People in Hollywood don’t care that Meghan is whatever degree of black. Do you think actresses like Angela Bassett and Halle Berry complain about it? No. After all, they are Academy Award calibre actresses. Berry has won an Oscar while Bassett has been nominated twice.

Also, Hattie McDaniel was the first black woman to win an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. Halle Berry became the first woman of colour to win for Best Actress.

Black women in Hollywood are not oppressed like Meghan believes they are. She couldn’t give a damn about them and therefore believes that she’s better than them. It’s this attitude that turns people off. Also, many famous people have close ties with their families, hence why they dislike Markle. Throwing your relatives under the bus for no apparent reason is not someone celebrities do, unless there is a reason for it, like they were abusers.

Meghan Markle Threw Her In-Laws Under The Bus Like She Did Her Dad

Meghan had no reason to throw her dad, siblings or in-laws out with the dirty laundry. Many people within Hollywood don’t see her as this “hero” who escaped abuse. Sure, some have defended her like Tyler Perry and George Clooney, but they’ve never met royalty. Though, one of Clooney’s liquor company’s employees is Princess Eugenie’s husband, Jack Brooksbank.

But when was the last time George or his wife, Amal, were mentioned in the same sentence as Meghan? The last known reported sighting of Amal with Markle was when she attended the controversial New York baby shower. Perhaps they realised bashing Meghan Markle’s in-laws was not a good look for business?

Then we have Bill Simmons and Jeremy Zimmer, who are big in Hollywood, calling Harry and Meghan out after the cancellation of their Spotify contract. Simmons even went so far as to call them “effing grifters.” Zimmer, meanwhile, said Markle was “not a great audio talent.”

The Suits LA Rumour

There is even a rumour that Meghan wanted to be an executive producer (with Archewell Productions attached) on the Suits spin-off, Suits: LA, but was told no. Let’s face it. Without, Suits, Markle would be yet another wannabe who failed to make it. Also, her costars, specifically Gina Torres, said on the Golden Globes red carpet “We don’t have her number.” Meanwhile, the look on Troian Bellisario’s face when her husband, Patrick J Adams, was gushing about Meghan was priceless.

Troian did not look happy on that Golden Globes red carpet. Not to mention, Meghan is not involved with the Suits rewatch podcast. This alone speaks volumes of how her former castmates feel about her.

Some will defend Meghan when asked like Wendell Pierce and Patrick J Adams, but she wants nothing to do with the cast as they are beneath her now that she’s “married up.” This is exactly what happened to her childhood friends when she landed her role as Rachel Zane. Also, some of the Suits cast are successful.

For example, Meghan’s longtime friend, Abigail Spencer, who had a recurring role on Suits, has been the lead in several shows, post-Suits. She has done Timeless, which has become a cult classic, despite only having two seasons and she recently did a sitcom with Jon Cryer where she played his ex-wife. The show, which is called Extended Family, much like Timeless, was cancelled.

Big Roles vs. Cameos

Wendell Pierce has also been cast as Perry White in James Gunn’s upcoming Superman movie. When has Meghan ever been in high-profile roles where she had more than 30 seconds of screen time? She hasn’t as she appears for 10 seconds in Remember Me as the barmaid Megan with one line in the entire scene. We could go on.

The only reason Meghan got those cameo appearances was because she was married to Trevor Engelson who was a producer. You certainly would never see the Princess of Wales begging William to introduce her to famous people. She can do that on her own. She is friends with Roger Federer, one of the world’s most famous tennis players.

Meghan Markle can accuse her in-laws of abuse, but Hollywood is rejecting her because her lies have been debunked and A-list celebs can see it. Most of them want to meet royalty who get stuff done, not a couple whose lot in life is to complain about everything they demand to receive.
