Karl Larsen has been in the news recently, and nothing good. For those who might not know, Larsen was friends with Thomas Markle, Meghan Markle’s father. They stopped being friends. It’s long been speculated as to what happened. Most people following their YouTube channel have concluded that Larsen was using Thomas.
Before their short-lived YouTube channel stopped uploading, Karl’s name appeared in photograph credits associated with Meghan and her husband Prince Harry. For those who don’t know who Mister Larsen is, I’ll give a brief rundown, so don’t worry. But before we begin, let’s see what Thomas Markle Jr., Thomas Snr’s son, says about this. He posted a rather unsavoury Instagram post about the lies Karl Larsen spouted.
Thomas Markle Junior Has Every Right To Be Upset
According to Tom Jr., Karl Larsen is merely namedropping Thomas Markle Snr to get his name associated with Harry and Meghan. I wholeheartedly agree with him. Also, this comes after Popcorned Palace presenters Andy and Stef were slammed for joking about doing a bus tour near the Montecito home of the Sussexes. However, Larsen planned on doing the same and was NOT criticised for it. I have heard that Larsen’s tour was shut down.
When Karl and Thomas Snr started their YouTube channel, which was very short-lived, I supported it because I thought there would be some element of truth to the stories being told. However, I was dead wrong. During this time, Larsen’s name was connected to the images of Harry playing at the polo club in Santa Barbara, where Meghan made a massive fool out of herself. It looked like he was playing both sides of the fence.
No Explanation At The Time
I didn’t have an explanation that made sense at the time. But in recent weeks, things started to make sense when Karl Larsen popped up on Instagram claiming to be “best friends” with Meghan and Harry after he snapped them coming out of some office building.
After the polo snaps, I felt something was off but couldn’t place it. I unsubscribed from the “Remarkable Friendships” channel a while ago and have never looked back. It’s only now that I’ve realised something nefarious is going on. Karl Larsen showered Thomas Markle with praise and empty promises. From what has been rumoured, he tried to take pictures of Mister Markle in the hospital after his stroke to profit off Thomas’s suffering from being cut off from his daughter. He also promised he could access Meghan during this time, but of course, it never happened.
A true friend would never use their friend to profit or issue empty promises. However, Karl Larsen is no different to Meghan. I also don’t care if he’s a paparazzi and it’s his “job.” He used Thomas Markle to push his own agenda, plain and simple.
