Zoe’s exit from the story is going to be ugly given what is going to happen…
The arrival of Zoe Buckingham was fraught with drama as it revolved around her obsession with her ex-boyfriend, Xander. Since then, she has been involved with the Baby Swap storyline with Baby being kidnapped by her dad, she got involved with Thomas and then jilted at the altar. Finally, she hooked up with Carter, got engaged, and busted for flirting with Zende. Now, the model is due to exit Los Angeles with a broken heart as the truth about her fiancé’s affair with Quinn, Eric’s wife comes out in the most dramatic way possible.
It was announced in April that actress Kiara Barnes was due to leave The Bold and the Beautiful to take up a role in the reboot of Fantasy Island. At the time, it was unclear how she would exit, but Soap Opera Spy has revealed it might be happening as soon as this coming week or the week after. They have revealed that the whole thing goes down at Quinn and Eric’s vow renewal.
Paris tries to talk Quinn into telling Eric but she refuses. Brooke overhears part of the conversation and makes to get Zoe’s sister to tell her what’s going on. After weeks of protecting her boss’ wife and her secret lover, the youngest Buckingham explains the affair to her.
As the ceremony is about to get underway, Brooke stops it and tells Eric what his wife has been doing behind his back. It’s likely that Zoe is present too. This leads her to break her relationship off with Carter and she flees town.
Meanwhile, Carter will have a lot of explaining to do to not just Eric, but the other Forresters too. They’ve seen him as part of their family for years and now, he’s betrayed them.
The Truth Needs To Come Out, Quarter!
This exposure will be a massive stab in the gut to everyone involved. It will show Eric that his wife hasn’t changed, but it will likely leave him torn regarding Carter. He loves the guy like another son and how this has happened. Ridge will probably be totally livid as the COO has been like a brother to him.
That leaves Zoe’s relationship with her sister in question. We know how Paris is a big supporter of her big sister, but she has kept this secret from her. Will she forgive her? We don’t know and we probably won’t find out since Zoe’s exit is coming.
But, if they bring her back later with a different actor, then we’ll find out how she feels.
Finally, we want to address why Quinn and Carter don’t want their affair coming out. They might feel guilty and they’d be ruining their relationships, but they should’ve thought of that before they jumped into bed together. Sure, they were lonely and were leaning on each other, but it doesn’t make it right. Also, it’s classic soap opera antics. A secret doesn’t stay secret for long. Look at what happened when Steffy slept with Bill around the time Kelly was conceived. Or when Ridge kissed Quinn and Brooke found out.
Carter isn’t usually this selfish. But, Quinn is another story altogether. She has had to survive on her schemes. She loves power. Look at how she has gone after Brooke multiple times claiming she is the true Forrester matriarch because her portrait hangs on the wall.
Brooke has every right to expose Quinn for her unfaithfulness. She adores Eric and does not want to see him get hurt again. Good luck explaining this one away, Ms Permafrost. Thanks, by the way, Pammy!
