Chronicles Of Harkle: Do The Sussexes Deserve To Be Trending On Twitter?

Backlash is something that journalists face every day. Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got together, they have blasted the media for anything and everything. They’ve launched legal action against various publications, and how can we possibly forget The Queen’s government? So, I wanted to address whether the Sussexes deserve the backlash they’ve been getting.

So, anyone who has read Project Fangirl before will know how I feel about the pair. I have defended them before, but no more, and I haven’t for a couple of years. As liberating as that might be, it’s also been a painful process but fun at the same time. I used to love Harry as he was the fun royal. Now, he’s this sulky pauper who believes he will be king due to a nickname his mother gave him as a toddler, GKH or Good King Harry.

Seriously, though. The backlash has been astronomical and rather satisfying to watch. After all the grief they’ve thrown at everything who talks negatively about them, it’s time they understood how the other half live.

Harry Cannot Hide From His Past

The backlash the Sussexes have received is well-received, I think. Harry has tried (and failed) to hide his past. The couple has delusions of grandeur as they believe no one will dig into their claims. In all actuality, they think the world is stupid idiots, and they are all-knowing sages. It’s no wonder that people quickly turned against them.

If I could stay one thing to the Sussexes’ faces, it would be that people do NOT like being preached at. They are not prophets born to bring peace to the world. Moreover, they have bought zilch to the table. The Queen was undoubtedly ashamed of Harry, who threw their entire family in the garbage the second he moved out of the country to Canada and then Los Angeles.

Going back to the Twitter backlash, it was confirmed by Tom Bower – in an extract; I haven’t read as of writing – that the Sussexes were scrolling through social media in Australia. Harry allegedly ordered his staff to delete the comments, silencing their critics. Were they deleted? I doubt it, as he seems to hate FREE SPEECH. This essentially is a philosophy Oprah Winfrey allegedly follows. She is caught on camera after the interview with the pair, saying that no one can criticise them as it is their truth. Perhaps he should look back at his time playing with strippers.

The Second-Born

I’ve searched for the video clip on Twitter, and I can’t find it again for the life of me. The backlash, I believe, is deserved because Harry and Meghan think they’re more relevant than Charles, Camilla and the Cambridges. Harry should know better; he really should. He knows he is Charles and Diana’s second born and, therefore, is unlikely to be king. There’s a like 000000.01% chance. If something horrible were to happen to Charles, William and the Cambridge children in quick succession, then Harry and his children would be on the throne. The UK public would rather abolish the monarchy than see the Sussexes on the throne.

Degraded To Second Place

Now, I do have to wonder that if this were to happen, how would Harry feel? Would he be upset that his brother, father, nephews and niece were gone? While it’s hard to speculate how he would feel, I think part of him would be upset. However, Meghan has degraded him to a shell of his former self. They are also the underlying cause of wokeness on social media. It’s also no different to toxic fan culture.

She has destroyed who he was. She is Diana 2.0. Tom Bower indirectly bought this up in one of the excerpts released for his upcoming book, Revenge. On the outside, he would probably be dancing joyfully if this happened. Meghan would be basking in her future title as Queen Consort of England. It is alleged that she told someone that she and Harry were “one plane crash away from the throne”, as per Lady C.

Delusions Of Grandeur

Bower bought up some of Harry’s delusions of grandeur in one of the excerpts. From his deep-dive research, he uncovered that Harry constantly compared Meghan and his mother in Australia. Remember, this happened very early into the marriage. So it’s easy to see how much Meghan had already worked on Harry to get him to turn against his family and the public. However, I believe that she has something over him. What she could have, I have no clue.

Harry has always been weak-willed and not overly intelligent. Remember when I mentioned that he had to cheat to get into Sandhurst? He was allowed entry only because he is The Queen’s grandson. So while William had to work his ass off to get in, Harry took the easy route, cheating and knowing his grandmother would vouch for him.

If anything, Harry should be more grateful to his grandmother and his family. His actions are the whole reason that there is a backlash on Twitter. Tom Bower wouldn’t have written the book if he and Meghan had followed the rules and stopped pretending they were Princess Diana’s reincarnates.

Remember what Harry told Hoda Kotb during his Invictus Games interview? He said that his mother had left William and now guiding him. Since when was he intuned with spirituality? Meghan has convinced him that his mother still guides him from beyond the grave.
