We’re coming closer to Stargirl Season 3. Steven Sharpe, aka The Gambler, is returning to Blue Valley, and his first appearance since the Season 1 finale is coming sooner than we thought. So, the first synopsis has dropped for the first episode, entitled “The Murder”, courtesy of our friends at the Stargirl Wiki on their Twitter account.

Steven arrives back in Blue Valley to fix the damage he has inflicted due to his criminal ways. Unfortunately, however, it causes conflict between the members of the JSA. Now, we’re marking this post as having spoilers, just in case something we say happens to come true.

So, we’ve known for a while that Steven would be coming back after not appearing in Season 2. He popped up in the 1-minute trailer for Season 3. We also presented a series of mini theories about why he’s back in Blue Valley.

Now, the JSA is going to be torn on what to do. It’s clear that given Beth is the one who bought him down that Steven will get a “no” from her. On the other hand, Rick may side with her, given how close they are. That leaves Courtney and Yolanda. Neither of them had much to do with Steven, but they may have to reassess the situation before they make up their minds.

Courtney is one of those people who sees the best in everyone. However, her thoughts on the villains reforming will cause conflict. Look at the tease in the trailer of Sylvester screaming at Pat for allowing the Crocks to live next door to them.

Then, there’s The Shade. One of the promo images shows him talking with Sylvester and Courtney. Of course, we knew he was sticking around, given what happened at the end of Season 2. So could it be possible that Dickie Swift is looking for Sharpe or vice versa?
