It’s a total coincidence that the protagonist of the Disney+ movie, Secret Society of Second-Born Royals, is parallel to Prince Harry, right?

A few months ago, we wrote a piece on how similar the plot of the Netflix holiday movies, A Christmas Prince trilogy, were to Meghan Markle’s royal transition. Now, it’s time to focus on her husband, Prince Harry. This time, we’re comparing the Duke of Sussex with the protagonist of the Disney+ movie Secret Society of Second-Born Royals.

We found the similarities between Harry and the protagonist, Sam, really eerie. Please beware that this post contains spoilers for the film.

Second-Born Royals Who Believe They Are Useless

One of the most glaring similarities between Sam and Harry is that they are second-born royals. They have older siblings who will one day become monarchs.

Sam has her sister, Eleanor, who will become Queen of Illyria upon her eighteenth birthday. Harry has his brother, William, who will inherit the English throne after their father, Prince Charles, becomes king.

Both second-born royals want out of their families as they do not want to live in their more important siblings’ shadows.

Royal Rebels

Sam and Harry are well-established royal rebels.

Harry got into a load of trouble when he was younger and still is as an adult. He rebelled against his family. He refused to listen to their concerns about his relationship with his now-wife, Meghan Markle.

Sam gets arrested, Her best friend, Mike, is sent to summer school and is unaware of her powers.

Behaviour

Sam and Harry’s behaviour towards their families is disgraceful. Let’s examine it briefly.

First, Harry does nothing but complain about his status as a second-born royal. Second, some royal followers have speculated that his behaviour stems from his wife’s influence.

Meanwhile, Sam protests against the idea of the monarchy. This annoys her mother, Queen Catherine and Eleanor. Essentially, she is an anti-monarchist. However, her attitude changes during the film as she learns how to control her powers. It is during this time that she discovers the greater threat is her uncle.
