Questions About Meghan Markle’s American Riviera Orchard Brand

American Riviera Orchard questions

We have questions about Meghan Markle’s American Riviera Orchard brand. Not only is it a ridiculous name that means nothing to the average person, but the promo video on the Insta-stories shows a lot of nothing. We went over that in our previous post.

What we wanted to do here is explore the questions that everyone wants to ask about this new Meghan Markle venture that no one cares about.

1. When Did The Announcement For The American Riviera Orchard Drop?

The announcement dropped just minutes before the Diana Legacy Awards, at which Prince William and Prince Harry were due to deliver speeches. The awards were set up in their late mother’s memory celebrating their 25th anniversary.

2. What Is The Definition Of American Riviera Orchard?

Honestly, we have no clue why she called the brand American Riviera Orchard. However, it has been speculated that the website is named in honour of Santa Barbara, which is known as the American Riviera.

3. Does The Name Remind You Of Other Things?

Yes, it does.

  • Fruit orchards
  • Wineries
  • Upscale restaurants
  • Hotels

Other luxury locations that the average person can’t afford.

4. What Products Will Meghan’s Brand Be Peddling?

  • Tea towels and other kitchen linens
  • knives, forks, spoons
  • Decanters
  • Cookbooks and recipes

Yeah, it’s a kitchen version of Goop. Oh, there’s supposed to be a cooking show on Netflix, too, according to Real Housewives Recaps and the Sidley Twins. Essentially, Meghan is trying to be Martha Stewart and Rachael Ray.

5. What Are The Media Saying About The Brand?

Great question about the American Riviera Orchard. Ah. It’s not a pretty sight. The New York Post says the brand is doomed. Ouch. Richard Eden of the Daily Mail says the timing of the brand drop was crass.
