Nevel Papperman is about to make his second reboot comeback in this week’s episode of the iCarly reboot. When Carly suddenly becomes the victim of a convincing deep fake for a horrible vegan pasta brand, the iCarly gang decides to investigate. This is the second time Nevel has appeared in the new series.

Nevel’s wife, Prunella Pitz, also appears in this episode, but it’s currently unclear how the pair factor into the episode. Though, it wouldn’t be surprising if Nevel was the one who made the deep fake, to begin with.

Who Is Nevel Papperman?

For those who haven’t seen the original iCarly, here’s a quick get-to-know on who Nevel is.

In the original series, Nevel was a massive thorn in the sides of Carly, Freddie, and Sam. He had an enormous crush on Carly and tried to kiss her multiple times. He also had it out for Freddie and trapped him in a robot costume.

His first appearance in the reboot comes in iRobot Wedding during Season 1, when he puts on a fake wedding to trap Carly into marrying him. However, his attempt lands him a wife in his fake fiancée Prunella who falls in love with him while they are planning the scheme.

What Is iFaked It About?

As mentioned earlier, Carly becomes the target of a convincing deep fake of a nasty pasta brand. Spencer, Freddie and Millicent investigate what is happening, which presumedly leads them to Nevel and Prunella. The pasta brand apparently is making people in Seattle sick.
