Chronicles Of Harkle: Privileged Royals Now Hate Their Montecito Mansion

Montecito

The Sussexes are ruining Montecito. What I don’t understand is why they cannot take a hint. Anyway, that’s not the reason for this Chronicles of Harkle post. Sarah Robertson of the Mirror wrote a captivating article about how the Sussexes aren’t satisfied with their house, which they’ve had for about eighteen months now. So, that brings me to my unsolicited inquiry. Why move into that house if you weren’t happy?

Wasn’t Harry talking the other week about quitting your job if it didn’t you the joy he thinks it should bring? Does the same apply to your living arrangement? Another tone-deaf sentiment from the man who threw everything away for his talentless wife’s thirst for superstardom.

Moving over to the Montecito mansion sitch, according to the Mirror article I linked above, the Sussexes allegedly don’t like the location of the house and are not “over the moon” with the property. When I read that the first thought I had was, “Why move there, to begin with?” My mind instantly went to the rumour about Tyler Perry kicking them out of his house.

The pair bought the house from Sergey Grishin, a Russian billionaire who alleged is caught up in one of the biggest banking frauds. That makes me wonder how either of them even knows this man. Are they aware of his alleged dodgy dealings? If they are, then Harry saying he warned palace staff about his father’s aide years ago shows him as hypocritical. Ultimately, this implies the Sussexes believe they are above the law and everyone else, including the royals, are below them.

An interesting comment on Instagram by the Royal News Network’s Instastories is that if they do downsize, it’s because they can’t maintain it as they don’t have a heap of money.

Montecito Does Not Appreciate The Constant Pap Shots

Moving away from the house, I wanted to mention something that YouTube commentators have referenced. Montecito is full of celebrities who go unbothered without being hounded by the paparazzi. However, Meghan is desperate for attention, so she organises a pap walk to prove she went shopping she had to ask to have the shopfronts to show she went there specifically. In her mind, she was drumming up publicity for the store.

You don’t see other celebrities in Montecito doing this as they value privacy. There will be the occasional pap shot, but they’re rarely set up to make said celebrity look better. Meghan doesn’t care about her neighbours, it seems. Furthermore, all she wants is the highest level of exposure possible.

Montecito is just like every other suburban in America. The only difference is the rich people with the blocks crowded with luxury homes. Something else that I need to point out is a large portion of the famous people who live in those houses, had to work their way to the top. At least most celebrities understand how the average lives.

Meghan had everything handed to her by the men in her life. Harry never had to worry about bills or having a roof to sleep beneath. If he needed to go somewhere, he didn’t have to ask. They should both sleep on the street for a week without any necessities and see how long they last.
