In a recent promo, Felicity receives threatening text messages from her rapist, who begins blackmailing her into doing what he wants. Tane sees the messages and calls for it what it is. Worried about her brother’s reaction, Flick begs that Cash cannot know.
It is also revealed that the rapist filmed what he did to Felicity the night of Battle of Bands and that he’ll post the video if she doesn’t do what he wants. One of the final shots from the promo shows Felicity and Tane reacting to what is likely the rape video.
In conclusion, the newlyweds would always face issues, but nothing like this. Let’s pray that their marriage becomes stronger and that the creep trying to ruin them is caught. Perhaps it’s time to get Flick and Cash’s foster dad, Gary, involved. He loves those two like they’re his own.
