Being a senior royal must have really sucked. So, why did Meghan says she didn’t want to coddle staff?
Last week was a bad week for the Sussexes and for a good reason. Allegations of bullying against Meghan Markle were revealed just a few days out from the Oprah interview airing. News.com.au reports what the former actress allegedly said to a senior aide when she was told what staff thought of her behaviour. So, what was her response? It is alleged she said, “It’s not my job to coddle people.” Well, it’s not Prince William’s job to coddle Meghan. He’s not her husband.
This essentially means she doesn’t want to protect people who were in her service. She treats people who are little use to her as chewing gum on the bottom of her expensive stilettos. Thank god Sussex Royal is no longer running.
Meghan’s vindictiveness only proves one thing; she thinks she is better than every other person in the world. We’ve seen much better individuals who choose to coddle those around them for relatable reasons. One example is her apparent idol, Angelina Jolie.
Despite how you might feel about her, Angelina is well-known humanitarian outside of her film career. Outside of these two things, she is also a mother of six children. She chooses to coddle them until they are old enough to make their own decisions. Jolie also does not preach to the masses about how to live one’s life.
Meghan, on the other hand, never cared about the staff who were working for her. She just thought of them as servants who had to do what she said because is higher on the ‘food chain’ than them. Sorry, love but if you want a good relationship with ALL people, you need to meet them halfway. You cannot just expect them to like you and forget what an actual horrible person you are on the inside. As they say, it takes more than one person to build a village.
