Dancing with the Stars Australia is returning to Channel 7 with an All-Stars Edition…
Remember a while ago when we picked up on speculation that Dancing with the Stars Australia would be returning to its original home on Channel 7? Well, we have official confirmation that the reality celebrity dance series is returning but there is a twist. There is going to be an All-Stars edition of the show which has been on the American version of the Dance comp.
We also have to add that unlike previous seasons, the All-Stars edition will NOT be live, as par TV Blackbox.
A trailer has been dropped for the All-Stars edition with footage from when the show was on Seven originally. There was no footage from the two seasons on Channel 10.
According to New Idea, which we don’t normally use as a source, there s speculation as to who could appear in the All-Star season. Now, before we continue, it’s been ruled out that former Home and Away expat Chris Hemsworth won’t be a part of it given his huge Hollywood career. He’s also in the middle of filming Thor: Love and Thunder in Sydney. Here’s a list of what the publication speculates:
- Home and Away star: Possibilities include Bec Hewitt (née Cartwright) who won the first season in 2004, Lynne McGranger, Ada Nicodemou who took out the mirrorball trophy in Season 3, Luke Jacobz and Tim Campbell who were on the soap at some point are liklihoods
- My Kitchen Rules alumni: Possibilities include former judge Manu Feildel and former contestants Ash Pollard and Sophia Pou
While these are the only ones New Idea hinted at, we wanted to throw in a few of our own.
Our All-Stars Picks
