Samantha Markle Submits Motion For Harry And Meghan To Testify

court, Samantha, Meghan, Harry

It’s a clash of sisters. Samantha Markle has submitted a motion for her brother-in-law, Prince Harry and her half-sister, Meghan Markle, to testify in court, news.com.au reports. Ms Markle, who shares a father with the former cable actress, is suing her famous sibling for defamation over comments made to Oprah Winfrey in 2021.

Samantha’s estranged daughter, Ashleigh Hale, the Sussexes’ former communications officer Jason Knauf and ‘bot specialist’ Christopher Bouzy are expected to testify. The sisters have been at each other’s throats since before 2021. Meghan accused Sam and their dad, Tom Snr, of leaking stories to the press about her.

During the Oprah interview, Meghan claimed that she had been raised as an only child when photographic proof says otherwise.

Samantha also went after Harry, claiming he is “emotionally underdeveloped.” Meghan has tried to have the case thrown out for not having any form of merit. Thomas Markle Sr is also expected to testify in the case, depending on how well he is. He is still recovering from a stroke.

Samantha Wants Meghan To Admit To A Lot Of Lies She Told

One of the lines of questioning that Samantha allegedly wants Meghan to admit to is the information she and Harry gave for Finding Freedom. This intel was revealed during the privacy court case when Markle sued the Mail on Sunday for publishing her “Dear Daddy” letter.

Samantha revealed during an interview a while ago that when Meghan met Harry, she called their dad excitedly, saying, “Daddy, I met a prince.”

Sam also alleges that her sister lied to the royals and Harry about her upbringing. This has been a constant talking point. Author Tom Bower said in his book, Revenge that Meghan was raised by her dad. Not her mother like she has claimed.
