The One Micellar Face Product I Would NEVER Use Again

milky micellar water

I will not use Garnier’s Milky Micellar Water again.

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Garnier’s Milky Micellar Water looks like sperm and makes my skin feel like shit! Damn, it feels fantastic to get that off my chest. Moreover, I have no qualms about the brand. Garnier is incredible, and I’m NOT being paid to say that either. However, I don’t have a high opinion of this one product.

So much for being similar to other Micellar Water products I’ve trialled. I prefer the original or Rosewater variations, which don’t make my oily skin feel so inadequate. Though, I wish they still made the variation for oily skin. That would’ve been my ideal go-to. However, this has since (to my knowledge) been cut from their production line. Moreover, it’s a shame because it’s hard to get products for my skin type.

What’s more, I will be overjoyed once I finish up the bottle of Milky Micellar Water I have in my medicine cupboard. Using it is a nightmare because it doesn’t soak the makeup remover pad. Regular Micellar Water does, and it doesn’t feel odd when applied. Instead, the product makes your skin feel like you’ve wiped pencil lead across your face.

Micellar Water has been a huge staple in my skincare routine for a few years. I love it and would recommend it to anyone. However, just because I don’t enjoy using Milky Micellar Water doesn’t mean you won’t. Having a product that functions for you is what truly matters. It doesn’t hurt to try and experiment. Furthermore, it is about trial and error. If you don’t try something, how will you figure out if it’s right for you?

In conclusion, if you find that Milky Micellar Water works in your favour, Yipee! Also, if you want to tell me how well the product functions for you, let me know on Twitter. I would love to hear more!
