The Bold And The Beautiful: Quinn’s Paranoia Is Overly Annoying

Donna

It’s been a while since we’ve written about our favourite overly predictable American soap opera. So, our first post back on this subject has to do with our least favourite character, Quinn Forrester. The current storyline has been important to highlight Erectile Dysfunction in men, which is great, as it gives Eric a storyline instead of him being a supporting character. However, the one thing about the plot that is becoming annoying is his wife and her treatment of the Logans, especially Donna.

Sure, the Logans present themselves as the force for good, and Quinn is the evil incarnate. But, their concern for Eric is understandable because they’ve known him far longer than Quinn. While we will never condone everything Brooke, Katie, and Donna have done over the years, they make some valid points regarding Wyatt’s mother.

No one within the Forrester clan has ever been able to stand Quinn. Not even Bill can stand her, and she’s the mother of one of his three sons. Even Steffy has to brace herself in saying anything negative about her grandfather’s wife. Remember when she slapped her when she discovered Eric and Quinn were together? If she did it now, it would’ve been satisfying to watch.

Donna Isn’t Trouble

Of the three Logan sisters, Donna is the kind one who has seen the least drama. Brooke has had her constant pregnancies, her feuds with Taylor and Stephanie, and going back and forth between Ridge and Bill. Meanwhile, Katie’s health issues have been prominent. Moreover, Donna doesn’t have a track record of bad omens.

Donna is our favourite Logan because she’s the least problematic. She’s also super sweet and doesn’t thrive off drama. Though, she has crossed Pam, which almost got her eaten by a bear. Now, she and Pammy are besties and share a desk at reception.

When it comes to Quinn, all she does is criticise the Logans every chance she gets. While Katie and Brooke do the same to her, they’re not the only ones that don’t like her. As we’ve said, everyone else in the family doesn’t like her. Donna, however, keeps her mouth shut and her head down. She loves and respects Eric too much to get on his bad side, though we all know that he barely has one. She’s not a troublemaker but that’s not what Quinn thinks.

Last week, it has been discovered that Eric’s ED isn’t an issue whenever he’s around Donna. He has shared two encounters with her recently and has been aroused both times. However, when he’s with Quinn nothing happens.

No Fluke

The two close encounters we mentioned that Eric has had with Donna aren’t a fluke. He feels something for her that hasn’t felt for Quinn in a long time. While he still loves his wife, their sex life hasn’t been the same since she tried to break Ridge and Brooke up so Shauna could be Ridge’s wife.

Donna has always loved Eric, and she allowed him to legally adopt her son, Marcus whom she had with Justin. As far as Donna is concerned, Eric will always be her honey bear.

She doesn’t deserve the crap Quinn has put her through. Furthermore, she’s not Brooke who goes through men like they’re going extinct. Donna is the most sensitive Logan, and she’s being harassed for no reason.

In Quinn’s eyes, Donna’s feelings don’t matter. She’s a Logan, and they’re all sluts from the valley as far as she’s concerned. Something tells us she would NOT get along with Stephanie if she were alive still. Moreover, they’d be at each other’s throats like the late matriarch was with the original Sally Spectra.

Terrified And Banning Eric

As Quinn was throwing out all kinds of horrible accusations against her, you could see that Donna was terrified. She was even pinned up against the desk with a chair. Once the jewellery designer had left the room, Donna was reduced to tears.

Quinn is a woman who doesn’t like playing second fiddle to anyone. She loves her life as Eric’s wife, but if we’re honest, she loves the lifestyle more than the man who allows her to live the life, to begin with. Does she love the money? When Eric wanted a divorce, she said she didn’t want money as she has enough of it.

The whole reason we’re writing this post is to express our annoyance at Quinn’s sense of entitlement. She’s not protecting Eric. She’s trying to preserve her lifestyle. If Eric were with Donna, she wouldn’t be after the money or the life. She would love him like no other woman could.

Quinn had a lot of nerve to tell Eric she doesn’t want him around Donna ever again and that he’s banned from even speaking to her. Hell, she even wants her fired from her job, which isn’t fair. She hasn’t done anything but give Eric an innocent hug, which gave him hope of ridding himself of his ED.
