You better duck, Haz! – Meghan Markle is bound to be throwing the crockery at her husband… again. It is being reported as per Alex Winter of The Sun, that the Sussexes WERE NOT invited to the Beckham-Peltz wedding. This comes after many news outlets allegedly fell for the pair’s obvious PR move claiming they were invited to the nuptials of Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz.
The Sun article reports that the Cambridges were favoured over the Sussexes. However, Prince William and Catherine weren’t able to attend, while the Sussexes were left off the guest list entirely. Ouch! The piece also states that while David and Victoria, Brooklyn’s parents, are friends with both princes, the Cambridges came out on top.
William has worked closely with David several times. The former football captain said he was proud of Harry’s growth. Boy, he must be regretting those comments now. Both Dukes have known Victoria since they were boys. Their late mother, Princess Diana, introduced them to the Spice Girls in the 90s.
The Beckham-Peltz wedding would’ve been Meghan’s chance to make yet another joyous event about herself. Remember the stunt she pulled at Princess Eugenie’s wedding by getting people to talk about her open coat? All must be forgiven since Eugenie is allegedly a snitch for the Sussexes.
What Could Meghan Have Done At The Beckham-Peltz Wedding If She Were Invited?
It’s difficult to say what exactly Meghan would do at the Beckham-Peltz wedding, but if we had to guess, she’d likely cozy up to those richer than she is. For example, one of Nicola’s six brothers is a billionaire. Or perhaps, she could’ve flirted with Nicola’s almost eighty-year-old father. We will never truly know.
Anyway, the entire event would be made about her when it should be about the bride and groom. It would certainly sever whatever relationship the Sussexes have with David and Victoria. It is rumoured that Meghan wanted freebies from Posh’s fashion house and was told “No.” It is believed that Victoria never gives free samples to anyone, including her friends and likely family. Though, it has been suggested that Posh was willing to give Meghan a discount rather than giving her free stuff.
The alleged spat over clothing is why the Beckhams were invited to the wedding but not the reception. Another explanation for the fight came from Judith from Gist Fest, who said Meghan possibly refused to wear Victoria’s brand as the clothing didn’t fit her. However, this is untrue as a quick search of Meghan’s Mirror uncovered that Markle has worn Victoria’s label on several occasions.
Also, it’s possible she could’ve cozied up to Victoria and tried to be her friend again. Number one tip; never tell Meghan she can’t do something to her face.
