Sorry, Wayward Harry But You Totally Hate Your Family Now…
Oh, Harry. You hate your family. The wayward prince hasn’t publicly acknowledged his grandmother, The Queen, and her seventieth year on the throne. Her platinum jubilee was supposed to be a source of celebration after a difficult couple of years. First, Prince Andrew’s past comes back to bite him, then Harry and Meghan went awol. In a cruel twist, Prince Philip dies before his 100th birthday. We feel for the poor woman. She doesn’t deserve this. What we love about her is that a few rogue family members won’t get in her way.
Wayward Harry’s lack of concern over his grandmother’s milestone highlights his inability to care. Did he care about the platinum jubilee? He probably did at one time. But, when he was likely declined his IPP status security, he no longer cares as he won’t be attending the celebrations in June if he doesn’t get what he wants. Moreover, the UK public certainly won’t miss him.
Not to mention, if something were to happen to the Queen, he would go grovelling back to his family, pleading for their forgiveness. Sorry, but we do not believe he would be forgiven. He would have to work back their trust. Or, an alternative thought is that when Her Majesty does pass, this could be the proper out he needs to sever ties with his family completely. As horrible as that sounds, the only reason he is still connected to his family is because of his grandmother, whom he claims he loves. Remember when he said that she was his commander-in-chief?
His father and brother want little to do with him. They don’t want their conversations leaked to the media. The rest of the family feels the same way. If Harry loved his grandmother, he wouldn’t have cried victimhood to Oprah.
