Stargirl: FIRST LOOK at Eclipso!

first look at eclipso

There is now a first look at Eclipso for Stargirl Season 2!

Look out Stargirl fans because we now have our first look at Eclipso, the main villain of Season 2 and boy, does he look scary! We’ve been getting a slow feeding of content as of late with the show as the first teaser promo dropped during the series premiere of Superman & Lois.

Now, before we dive into the first look at Eclipso, we just want to say that there we expect more material like this as time goes on. We’re expecting sneak peaks at new characters like the rumoured Jade (Ysa Penarejo), Jakeem Thunder (Alkoya Brunson), The Thunderbolt (Jim Gaffigan), Richard Swift/The Shade (Jonathan Cake), and possibly Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp).

Though, we we may get updated looks for the JSA as we know Yolanda (Yvette Monreal) has an upgraded suit and possibly Beth (Anjelika Washington) as it was teased in a now deleted photo that she may have a new look.

Don’t forget any new material with the disbanded ISA will be an added bonus along with whatever’s going on with the ISA legacies and Cindy.

So without further ado, here’s the first look at Eclipso…

Oooh, boy! Eclipso is going to be one HELL of a villain!

We’ll be doing a character breakdown for Eclipso and The Shade when time gets closer. But, he looks very different to that his comic depiction. From what we know of the character, he has a two-toned face which doesn’t appear to be the case here, but we love it either way.

From what do know, he’ll have some allegiance to Cindy as she found his diamond at the end of Season 1. Though, whether it stays this way is anyone’s guess at this point. We also expect him to go after some of the more vulnerable characters like Yolanda, Isaac, and Cameron given one killed Brainwave and the other two lost their parents. As for Cindy’s role in whatever Eclipso wants to do is going to be fascinating to see.

When there’s more information, footage, and images, we’ll be sure to mention it.
