During a trip to the party strip in late August 2012, just days before the 15th anniversary of his late mother, Diana, the Princess of Wales’s death, the prince was caught in a hotel room playing Naked Pool (Billiards).
According to the Daily Mail from 2012, Prince Harry was in Las Vegas with his royal protection officer and his best friend, Tom “Skippy” Inskip. According to the article, by the time the pool party ended, there was more pee than pool water, and the event had become a full-forced orgy where couples were having sex out in the open. Though, it doesn’t use exactly use the term ‘orgy.’

This was when Prince Harry was allowed to do whatever he wanted, as Vegas is a playground where anything can happen. His brother, Prince William, had been married just over a year by this point, while Harry had not yet met his wife.
