It’s all about the money and the power to silence Britney for Jamie Spears…
It started out as a way to help his daughter through a rough patch in her life, but Jamie Spears is now proving that his need for control over Britney Spears’ life. As expressed in an article by Refinery29 UK, the dad of three has been in charge of his eldest daughter’s multimillion-dollar fortune for the past thirteen years. During this time, he has spent her well-earned cash and basically silenced her from having any form of life.
He makes excuses as to why he is spending her money and everything else but the truth of the matter is, he likes seeing her suffer. His lawyer issued a statement when Britney blew him out of the water by saying, according to People Magazine:

Did anyone notice that she [the lawyer] sidestepped everything Britney said about her father? First off, we believe Britney and we’re totally behind the #FreeBritney movement. We don’t follow it as much as we should, but if someone is being used the way Ms. Spears is, then someone has to say something.
Jamie might care about his daughter, but all he cares about is her money. The conservatorship is just a tool for him to live in luxury. There have been rumours, thanks to Radar Online that Mister Spears lives at a trailer park and has allegedly sold Britney’s childhood home as per Geo.TV.

It is of no one’s surprise that someone with the influence Jamie Spears does that he would skirt around his daughter’s accusations like nothing is wrong. He has shut down Britney’s desire to get married again and to have another child. He also made her have an IUD inserted to prevent her from having a baby. This, in our eyes, is controlling.
Britney cannot do anything she wants without her old man’s approval. According to her testimony against her father, she had to perform with a fever and was on the verge of passing out. What kind of person would force someone who is not feeling one hundred percent to work? If it were us, we’d tell the individual telling us what to do to go stab themselves in the hand.
Jamie is embracing cancel culture without even realising it. As we’ve said, he’s silencing his daughter just so he can live off her money. This is another form of cancel culture and as it is said in The Hollywood Reporter, Britney has every right to want out.
