Hunger Games Star Jennifer Lawrence Marries Cooke Maroney

Jennifer Lawrence

It’s official, folks! Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence is off the market after she married Cooke Maroney over the weekend.

A big congratulations is to be given to the delightful Jennifer Lawrence. Over the weekend, she married her partner of a year, Cooke Maroney. The wedding occurred on Saturday (Sunday Australian time) in Newport, Rhode Island, at Belcourt Castle.

The event was attended by 150 of the couple’s nearest and dearest, including A-list celebrities. The guest list included the likes of Kris Jenner and her partner, Corey Gamble, Emma Stone, Ashley Olsen, and Sienna Miller. How the hell do they know the KaJenner clan?

Before Maroney, Lawrence has been linked to fellow X-Men star Nicholas Hoult whom she dated for five years and ColdPlay’s Chris Martin. She was even linked to director Darren Aronofsky before her new husband.

According to Lawrence, her meeting with Cooke was love at first sight. Moreover, here’s what she said on the NAKED Podcast in June:

I just met Cooke, and I wanted to marry him. We wanted to marry each other. We wanted to commit fully. And, you know, he’s my best friend. I feel very honoured to become a Maroney.

It is unknown if Jennifer will take her husband’s name. Moreover, she may go down the same path as fellow X-Men star Sophie Turner. Furthermore, the former Game of Thrones actress took her husband, Joe Jonas’s name but uses her own last name for work purposes as everyone knows who she is.

Congrats To Jennifer Lawerence

We could not be happier for Jennifer Lawrence and her new hubby. Furthermore, we hope we get wedding pictures soon! It would be awesome to see that Dior wedding gown! Also, we hope they enjoy their wedded bliss before getting back to work.

Finally, we want to issue a big congratulations to Jen and Cooke! In conclusion, we hope you both have a happy future ahead of you!
