Coffee Spotlight: Nescafé 98% Sugar Free Mocha

Nescafé 98% Sugar Free Mocha

Nescafé 98% Sugar Free Mocha is the second instalment of the sugar free range…

So, I’ve been meaning to the Nescafé 98% Sugar Free Mocha for a while and I just haven’t had the chance to do it until now. A while ago, I tried the first product in this new product group, the Sugar Free Latté to mixed results. I wasn’t too keen on it. Though, it appear the second product, the Mocha tastes much better with Almond milk. Usually, I only have one of two coffees as I work, but can have a few Nescafé 98% Sugar Free Mocha and not become over caffeinated.

There is no strong aftertaste which is fine by me and the stevia taste is basically non-existent. The texture reminds me of hot chocolate. It also ideal for having before going to bed or having something light during the day. However, there is one downside. You have to serve it in a carry cup if you want it to remain somewhat warm, especially if you have it with any type of milk like I did for this post.

One tip I have is to stir in the milk if you choose to have it, otherwise it goes cold really quickly. Another I can offer is if you serve it in a large keep cup, is if there’s milk involved, it will not sway the strength of the coffee at all if you balance the water-milk ratio.

So, to end this post, I have to say, I would most definitely recommend this sugar free beverage if you’re trying to wean yourself off sweetness. I only ever have sugar if I’m having professionally made coffee. In all honestly, there’s not much more I can say about this brew outside of the couple of tips.

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.
