Mac Suffers A Second Heart Attack – Will She Survive The 2023 Home And Away Finale?

Mac Heart Attack, Home and Away

The Home and Away finale is next week, and we might be losing a fan favourite, though it is not 100% confirmed. Mac will suffer another heart attack, which will put her life at risk. However, her life won’t be the only one. Cash and Eden go on a romantic trip away. However, disaster strikes when Eden goes missing and Remi gets hit by a car.

Going back to Mac and her heart attack, Levi, Eden’s brother, who is her heart surgeon, tells her to take it easy. However, she doesn’t listen, and her doctor criticises Xander for not telling his boss to take it easy.

Mac feels another heart attack coming on, and she is rushed back to the hospital, where she has to undergo another surgery. Though, will she be strong enough to pull through a second time? Time will tell. What’s incredibly telling is that Mac, being as stubborn as she is, hasn’t rung her brother Dean to tell him about her hospitalisation as he will drop everything to come and see her.

Eden Vanishes And Remi’s Accident

As mentioned, Eden and Remi are also caught up in their drama in the Home and Away finale.

Eden goes on a camp trip with Cash, which starts out alright but worsens when a tis bicktes her. She secretly calls Remi to come and get her, but Cash hears everything, resulting in an argument. Eden then vanishes. When Remi arrives and goes out looking for his best friend, he ends up in the path of an incoming car.

A few days earlier, Remi takes Bree out on his bike as she has been talking about travelling more. She started getting a wanderlust when they visited his parents for their anniversary. She has also seen, as a doctor, people who have been in motorbike accidents, hence why she doesn’t like them.

How will she respond when she learns her boyfriend has been thrown off his bike? Only time is going to tell. If he survives, then perhaps he’ll stop riding altogether.
