No Silence: Why Royal Correspondents And Journalists Should Be Telling The Truth About Harry And Meghan And Not Being Told To Give Them ‘Glowing’ Reviews

Critics

Silencing your critics is a great way to lose respect…

Regardless if you like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, there is one thing a lot of people should agree on and that’s everyone has critics. However, you should not be shut down for purely having your own opinion. Since the Sussexes spoke with Oprah Winfrey about ‘their truth’ regarding why they stepped down from royal life, the couple have attempted to silence those who have spoken out against them. One of them who happens to be Piers Morgan who was forced to step down from his position as co-host of Good Morning Britain because of his views.

Recently, Dan Wootton revealed to the Daily Mail he stepped down from his television presenter role on ITV Daytime in November 2019 after producers attempted to silence him. They did this by telling him to give Harry and Meghan ‘glowing’ reviews. The journalist, who is a stickler for the truth, said if a piece of information wasn’t true, he wasn’t going to report it. That is what journalism is SUPPOSED to be about but instead voices are silenced just so the subject is happy.

Journalism should always be about the truth. Not an altered truth to make someone like Harry and Meghan look good. We’ve been critical about the Sussexes as anyone who reads this blog knows. We’ve had a couple of comments on Twitter, which we’ve blocked about how our writing is crap and we’re lying. It’s these type of people who are trying to silence those like Morgan and Wootton from getting the actual truth out there.

What Is The Actual Truth?

Anyone with half a brain can see that things in the Oprah interview didn’t add up. Look at the comments Harry made about not knowing how to help his wife when she was having suicidal thoughts. Did he suddenly forget that he helped Catherine form Heads Together with William? Did he forget that he’s had therapy since the age of 12?

Let’s not forget the whoppers Meghan has been telling since the engagement interview in 2017. She claimed to not know anything about Harry or his family. Yet, she mentioned the ‘pomp and circumstance’ of ‘Princess Kate’ and the 2011 royal wedding on The Tig. She also spoke about Turquoise Mountain which was founded by her now-father-in-law, Prince Charles on her blog. Not to mention, Andrew Morton’s biography Meghan: A Hollywood Princess has quotes from her former childhood friends and one of their mothers saying she was fascinated with the royal family. Let’s not forget that she allegedly had Morton’s book on Diana.

People who report on Meghan and Harry usually don’t want to be their critics. All they want is the actual truth. What is being told by these two self-entitled brats is ‘their truth’ which is them blaming everyone but themselves for their misfortunes. This is code for them screaming, “We didn’t get what we want so we’ll blame everyone else.”

Harry was right in a sense when he said his mother would want them to be happy. However, if he had truly known Diana, he would know she wouldn’t be pleased that he and Meghan dragged the family.

Meghan And Harry Are Trying to Silence Those With The Nerve To Speak Out Against Them

Meghan has done everything in her power to silence the most vocal of her critics; Piers Morgan. She made a personal complaint about his views on her and he’s quit his job. Despite your opinions on the man, he was right about how many lies she told in the interview. He made the claim that what she said about the secret wedding was untrue before anyone else called it. He was right because it has since come out that it would be illegal if the Sussexes married before their public ‘spectacle’. The Archbishop does not and will not perform private weddings.

If you don’t believe us, look up the information yourself. It’s out there on the web for anyone to read.

The Sussexes are also resorting to blackmail when it comes to the royals. In the last week alone, Gayle King, one their flying monkeys told her audience of millions about the contents of private phone calls between Harry and his father and brother. It has even been said that he and Meghan plan on leaking more information if they don’t get what they want. Allegedly, this has left William worried that if he says anything else to his brother, it will be put out into the open.

This blackmail tactic has been put into play to silence anyone from speaking out. However, that has not stopped Piers, Dan, and royal correspondent Camilla Tominey from talking about their experiences of reporting on Harry and Meghan.

Their Truth

Oprah has a mantra of having her subjects speak their truths. Bear in mind that what is said is not always the actual truth. She severely missed the mark with the Sussex interview as she did not fact-check anything they said. Everything spoken was believed to be gospel. There were several points in the interview that made a lot of royal correspondents scratch their heads. One of those was the mention of apparent holiday parties. The Times journalist Valentine Low told 60 Minutes Australia that there were no holiday parties. This is the same guy who broke the bullying scandal just days prior to the tell-all.

As far as Harry and Meghan are concerned, the royal family as a whole and those who work for them wronged them. In their minds, everyone is stuffy, William and Charles are both ‘trapped’ and not able to leave. Catherine is a bully as far as Markle is concerned and they have made their lackeys well aware of this. What makes this whole thing so sickening is how the Sussexes are using race and bigotry as ways of excusing their own behaviour.

We don’t like Piers Morgan. We think he goes too far in his quest to belittle Meghan but he is right about a lot of things regarding the type of person she is. The issues he has with her dates back to the short lived friendship they had prior to Markle dating Harry. When she got with the prince, she dumped Morgan as a friend. In millennial terms, she ghosted him.

In Meghan’s eyes, Piers is a bully who is racist when he didn’t say anything that was even implied to be racist. She just doesn’t like to be criticised. Harry will always jump to her defence even if she is wrong.

The Actual Truth

To wrap up this post, we need to stress (god, we’ve said THAT a lot) that the actual truth has been in print the whole time. People need to realise that when critics speak up about a person, they shouldn’t be silenced. Meghan has made it her mission to silence her alleged bullying victims when she is all about women using their voices. Her victims were all women and were forced to sign NDAs. Now, we don’t know about you, but this NOT empowering women. It is making them not have a voice at all.

That is the whole reason emails were given to Valentine Low about the bullying allegations. Meghan is out there playing the victim when she is the perpetrator. Also, if everything in his article wasn’t fact checked and correct, The Times wouldn’t have put it to print. Also, has anyone noticed that Markle hasn’t sued them? More on that in another post.
